  1. We claim the ornamental design for a hair cutting tools organizer, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of the first embodiment of the hair cutting tools organizer showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the second embodiment with five round holes;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the third embodiment with three round holes;
