  1. The ornamental design for an implantable port device, substantially as shown and described.
Description

This application is related to U.S. Design application No. 29/284,454, filed Sep. 7, 2007, the disclosure of which is incorporated, in its entirety, by this reference.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view, which is lined for color, of an implantable port device;

FIG. 2 is a top view, which is lined for color, of the implantable port device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view, which is lined for color, of the implantable port device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view, which is lined for color, of the implantable port device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is another side view, which is lined for color, of the implantable port device of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is another side view, which is lined for color, of the implantable port device of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing portions of an implantable port device is included for illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
