  1. The ornamental design for a venous access port assembly, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a venous access port assembly according to the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a left side view of the venous access port assembly shown in FIG. 1, with the right side view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the venous access port assembly shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the venous access port assembly shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is an end view of the venous access port assembly shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is another end view of the venous access port assembly shown in FIG. 1.
