  1. I claim the ornamental design for a whistle head dress, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a whistle head dress, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a cut-away view thereof, showing a head retraining strap of the design.

The broken lines showing a person in FIG. 1 and a non-opaque window in FIG. 2 are included for the purpose of illustrating the invention in use, and form no part of the claimed design.

The stippling shown in the drawings represents the texture of the material and forms a part of the claimed design. The shape shown in broken lines in FIG. 8 is a cut-away intended to show the claimed inside structure, but the claimed design is understood to have a solid surface in this portion of the exterior, as is shown in the other views. The cut-away itself is environmental matter, and forms no part of the claimed design.
