The claimed surface ornamentation applied to the front surface of the bottle visible in FIGS. 1–6 is a registered trademark of Pepsico, Inc.
The evenly dashed broken lines in the drawings showing the threaded pour spout and the bottom portion of the bottle illustrate the portions of the design that form no part of the claim. The broken dot-dot-dash lines immediately adjacent to the claimed areas of the bottle define the bounds of the claim and form no part thereof.
