  1. We claim the ornamental design for a grip for a floor maintenance tool, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a grip for a floor maintenance tool embodying aspects of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is the opposite side view thereof.

The present application is directed to the shape and contour of a grip for a floor maintenance tool as illustrated in the drawings. With respect to illustrations featuring broken lines, the features shown in broken lines are not considered part of the design sought to be patented in that figure.
