  1. I claim the ornamental design for a knee-worn LED array holder, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof.

The dashed lines shown on the surface of FIGS. 1 and 2 are intended to represent stitching.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 7 are an illustration of a typical body part onto which the knee-worn LED array holder is applied and form no part of the claimed design.
