  1. The ornamental design of a safety blood collection needle device, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a safety blood collection needle device having a patient needle guard disposed over a needle, a non-patient needle guard, and a shield in an initial position in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the safety blood collection needle device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side view of the safety blood collection needle device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the safety blood collection needle device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the safety blood collection needle device of FIG. 1;
