  1. The ornamental design for a square-design burner with safety box, multiple adjustments and an adjustable table, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a square-design burner with safety box showing the heater head tilted at substantially 45 degrees, the safety bar protruded in front, the support assembly substantially extended and an adjustable table set at a mid-high position;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a square-design burner with safety box showing the heater head tilted at substantially 0 degrees, the safety bar protruded in front and the support assembly substantially extended and an adjustable table substantially set at a low position;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a square-designed burner with safety box showing the heater head tilted at substantially 45 degrees, the safety bar protruded in front and the support assembly substantially collapsed and an adjustable table set at a low position;
