  1. I claim the ornamental design for a spinous process implant, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top front right perspective view of a spinous process implant showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof.

The spinous process implant is placed between adjacent spinous processes to limit the movement of the vertebrae.
