  1. I claim the ornamental design for a spinous process implant, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a rear, side perspective view of a spinous process implant showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front, side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view thereof.

The ornamental design for a spinous process implant which is placed between adjacent spinous processes to limit the movement of the vertebrae.
