  1. The ornamental design for a handheld vascular testing device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handheld vascular testing device, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom end view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an alternate perspective view of the handheld vascular testing device, received in a base cradle with the cover closed.

The broken lines that depict the cable loop shown on the top of the device, the probe member, the interface shown on the bottom of the device and the base cradle are for environmental purposes and form no part of the claimed design.
