  1. The ornamental design for an adjustable paper and cable retainer, as shown and described.
Description

In FIG. 1, the central portion has been changed to an environmental feature and the line section of the arrowed partial circles has been changed to broken lines.

In FIG. 2, the shank extension has been added and the broken section line has been simplified.

In FIG. 3, the broken section line has been simplified.

FIG. 4 is a right detail view of the head portion where the left detail view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front detail view of the head portion where the back detail view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right detail view of the tail portion thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front detail view of the tail portion where the back detail view is a mirror image thereof;
