FIG. 2 illustrates a side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 3 illustrates a side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional monopod is shown at varying angular positions;

FIG. 4 illustrates a side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional monopod is shown at an approximate 45 degree angular position;

FIG. 5 illustrates a rear view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 6 illustrates a front view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 7 illustrates a bottom view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 8 illustrates a top view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 9 illustrates a perspective view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad;

FIG. 10 illustrates a perspective, side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional monopod is shown at an approximate 45 degree angular position;

FIG. 11 illustrates a perspective, side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional butthook is shown positioned with the buttstock system and the adjustable length of pull is in an extended position;

FIG. 12 illustrates a perspective, side view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein the buttstock system is shown in context with a modular rifle stock chassis system;

FIG. 13 illustrates an exploded, perspective view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional monopod is shown detached from the buttstock assembly; and,

FIG. 14 illustrates an exploded, perspective view of a new design for a modular buttstock system for tactical rifles depicting a modular buttstock with an adjustable length of pull, comb/cheekpiece, and butt plate/recoil pad, wherein an optional butthook is shown detached from the buttstock assembly.
