  1. The ornamental design for a license plate frame attachment, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective front view of the license plate frame attachment of the present invention, showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the license plate frame attachment of the present invention, shown attached to a license plate frame holding a license plate, which license plate frame and license plate are shown in dotted lines to indicate that they do not form a part of the invention claimed herein.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the license plate frame attachment of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a top view of the license plate frame attachment of the present invention, the bottom view being the mirror image thereof.

FIG. 5 is a back view of the license plate frame attachment of the present invention.
