  1. We claim the ornamental design for a monitor for tattoo and permanent makeup device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a monitor for tattoo and permanent makeup device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof; and

The left side elevation view is a mirror image of the right side elevation view shown in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The broken lines showing portions of a monitor for a tattoo and permanent makeup device are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
