  1. The ornamental design for a portable stretching exercise device, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a top and side perspective view of a first embodiment of a portable stretching exercise device showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof with the cuff in the opened condition and viewed partially from the outside of the cuff and viewed partially from the inside of the cuff.

FIG. 9 is a top and side perspective view of a second embodiment of a portable stretching exercise device showing our new design.

FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a perspective view thereof with the cuff in the opened condition and viewed partially from the outside of the cuff and viewed partially from the inside of the cuff.

The right side view of the second embodiment is the same as the right side view of the first embodiment of the present invention.

The left side view of the second embodiment is the same as the left side view of the first embodiment of the present invention.

The strap is shown broken away to indicate it has no specific length.
