Specification forming [rari of Design No. 7,159, dated February l0, 1874; application led January 52S, 1874. [Term of Patent 14 years] To all whom it moy concern:
3e it known that I, URI D. MANViLLE, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for Label; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the saine, and which said drawing constitutes part of this speeiiieation, and represents a View of the label.
This invention relates to a design for form in which to set the letters or ignres to indicate quantity, quality, or condition of the article to which it is applied7 intended more especially for tape trimming, frilling, puffing, and other manufactured trimmings; and the de sign consists in the outline or forni of the label,
as shown in the accompanying drawing', :unl herein described.

The center is intended for trade or other niark, and the ends for descriptivo matter, such as trade-naine ofthe article to which the label is applied, date of patents, or other condition or qnaliti` of the article.
