Be it known that I, FRED lV. FRANKEN- BERGER, a citizen of the United States, and residing at Louisville, in the county of Jetferson and State of Kentucky, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Faucet and Soap Dish, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, which shows a perspective View of the article showing my new design- I claim:

The ornamental design for a combination faucet and soap dish substantially as shown.
