PATENT OFFICE EVERETT T. PACKARD, OF AVON, MASSACHUSETTS, ASSIGNOR TO AVON SOLE COMPANY, OF AVON, MASSACHUSETTS, A CORPORATION OF MASSACHUSETTS DESIGN FOR A SHOE SOLE Application filed May 21, 1929.

To aZZ whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, EvERE'rr T. PACKARD, a citizen of the United States, residing at Avon, in the county of Norfolk and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Soles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in Which Fig. 1 is a bottom plan view of a shoe sole showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a cross section on the line 2+2, Fig. 1.

The design comprises raised figures, some Serial No. 31,320. Term of patent 7 years.

of which represent a dog and the remainder of which represent a rabbit, these figures being arranged in pairs, each pair comprising the figure of a dog and a rabbit facing each other and the pairs being arranged in rows With the figures in one row reversed in position from those in the adjacent row.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a shoe sole, as shown and described.
