PATENT OFFICE WILLIAM B. FLANAGAN, OF BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, ASSIGNOR TO A. KREAMER, INC, OF BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, A CORPORATION OF NEW YORK DESIGN FOR A CAKE BOX Application filed December 11, 1930. Serial No. 37,944. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, WILLIAM B. FLANAGAN, a citizen of the United States, and resident of the borough of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cake Box, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The drawing shows a perspective view of the cake box which is formed with rounded corners extending lengthwise of the box and the back end is formed with a plane surface. The door is panelled and swings upward from the bottom in closing and both the door and hinges are inset from the front'edge of the box. Front and back edge walls of the box are beaded and extend slightly beyond the plane surfaces of the walls of the box.

The door is provided with a small oval shaped knob and the box as a whole is provided with a suitable color such as yellow or orange. 1

The ornamental design for a cake box, as shown and described.
