PATENT OFFICE EARL S. BELLOWS, 0F PORTLAND, OREGON DESIGN FOR A RUBBER SHOE SOLE Application filed September 19, 1931. Serial No. 41,155. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, EARL S. BELLoWs, a citizen of the United States, residing at Portland, in the county of Multnomah and State of Oregon have invented a new, original,

and ornamental Design for Rubber Shoe Soles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan View of a rubber shoe sole, showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional View of Fig. 1 indicating that the design is in high relief.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a rubber shoe sole, as shown and described.
