PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR SHOE UPPER MATERIAL Frederick P. Wagner, St. Louis, Mo., assignor to Brauer Bros. Inc., St. Louis, Mo., a. corporation of Missouri To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, FREDERICK P. WAGNER, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of St. Louis, in the State of Missouri, have invented a. new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Upper Material of which the following is a. specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof and in which The figure shows a plan view of the surface of a section of upper material embodying the new design.
The new design consists of two identically perforated layers of shoe upper material the apertures of each of which are offset to expose areas of the inside layer, adjacent the apertures, through corresponding apertures in the outside layer. so as to render the inside layer visible at one side of the apertures but not at the opposite side thereof, and whereby to produce a shaded effect.
The ornamental design for shoe upper material substantially as shown and described.
In testimony whereof I aflix my signature this 31st day of October, 1932.
FREDERICK P. WAGNER.
