Be it known that I, Victor M. Surerus, a citizen of the United States', residing at Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tread Plate, of which 'the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, in which- Fig. 1 is a plan view of the tread-plate, showing my new design, and Fig. 2, an enlarged broken sectional view taken at the irregular line 2 on Fig. 1 and viewed in the direction of the arrow.
I claim: The ornamental design for a tread plate substantially as shown and described.
