GOLF CLUB HEAD Filed Ma 31, 1935 gzamumam /iz/ezziaf; diaries 5. fiz2$y Patented Aug. 6, 1935 Des. 96,478

DESIGN FOR A GOLF CLUB HEAD Charles G. Jansky, Berwyn, Ill., assignor to General Sports Mfg. 00., Chicago, 111., a corporation of Delaware Application May 31, 1935, Serial No. 57,075

Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Charles G. J ansky, a citizen of the United States, residing at Berwyn, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Golf Club Head, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a golf club head embodying my invention, and

Fig. 2 is a transverse vertical section taken on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1 and looking toward the hosel shank.

The contour of the upper edge of the blade is shown in broken lines to indicate an indeterminate contour, as this contour is variable for different types of irons, such as drivers, spoons, etc., and does not constitute an integral feature of my design; likewise, in Fig. 2, the contour of the back face of the blade is shown in broken lines to indicate an indeterminate or optional contour.

The flash surface shading indicates a polished surface while the stippled shading indicates a dull, unpolished surface.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a golf club head, as shown and described.

In witness whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name, this 27th day of May, 1935.

CHARLES G. JANSKY.
