corporation of Missouri Application April 29, 1935, Serial No. 56,615

Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Dominick B. George, 9. citizen of the United States, residing at St. Louis, Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Leather or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a plan view of a portion of a leather embodying the design.

Figure 2 is a cross section taken through the leather shown in Figure 1.

The novel design is characterized by adjacent tucks or upstanding ridges arranged in a combination of a continuous wavy line and a. continuous relatively straight line running in the same general direction, the upstanding ridges being of 4 rounded cross-section and contrasting with the relatively flat background from which they project and being accentuated by a series of stitches at their bases.

I claim:

The ornamental design for leather or similar article substantially as shown and described.
