PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHAM PILSENER, TUMBLER OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Application November 15, 1935, Serial No. 59,590
Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, James A. Hutchison, a Citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Chicago, County of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Sham Pilsener Tumb'er or Similar Article of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 is a side view of a sham pilsener tumbler, showing my new design;
Figure 2 is a top plan view of the same; and
Figure 3 is a Vertical fragmentary sectional view taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.
The essential feature of the invention resides in the body having a relatively short concave portion extending 'downwardly from the top of the body, which concave portion merges into a correspondingly short convex portion, the latter in turn merging into an elongated concave portion, the elongated portion being of materially greater length than the combined lengths of the concave and convex portions, the elongated portion at the lower end being curved outwardly and merging into the periphery of the base portion, which latter has a convex periphery as shown.
I claim- The ornamental design for a sham pilsener tumbler or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
JAMES A. HUTCHISON.
