Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzgießmaschine zum Herstellen von Kunststoffteilen aus Thermoplasten, Duroplasten und/oder Elastomeren im Spritzgießver¬ fahren oder Reaktionsspritzgießverfahren, mit einer Schi ießeinheit in horizontaler oder vertikaler Bau¬ weise zur Aufnahme der Form und mit einer zugeordne¬ ten Spritzeinheit sowie mit einer bewegbaren und einer fest angeordneten Formaufspannplatte, an denen je eine Formhälfte desr Form befestigt ist.The invention relates to an injection molding machine for producing plastic parts from thermoplastics, thermosets and / or elastomers in the injection molding process or reaction injection molding process, with a shooting unit in a horizontal or vertical construction for receiving the mold and with an associated injection unit and with a movable injection unit and a fixed mold platen, to each of which a mold half of the mold is attached.
Aus der DE-PS 34 28 780 ist eine Spritzgießmaschine mit einer mittleren geteilten Formaufspannplatte be¬ kannt, mit der größere Teile, insbesondere Karosserie¬ teile aus Kunststoff, im Spritzgieß- oder Reaktions- Spritzgießverfahren äußerst wirtschaftlich hergestellt werden können. Besonders vorteilhaft ist, daß schnell und mit geringem technischen Aufwand das Schmelze¬ leitsystem zugängig ist, in dem durch Lösen der Schnellspannvorrichtung der mittleren Formaufspann- platte die beiden Plattenteile mit je einer Formhälfte seitlich verfahrbar sind, wodurch das Schmelzeleit¬ system völlig freigelegt und damit beidseitig zugängig ist.

1. Spritzgießmaschine zum Herstellen von Kunststoff¬ teilen aus Thermoplasten, Duroplasten und/oder Elastomeren im Spritzgießverfahren oder Reaktions¬ spritzgießverfahren, mit einer Schließeinheit in horizontaler oder vertikaler Bauweise zur Aufnahme der Form und mit einer zugeordneten Spritzeinheit sowie mit einer bewegbaren und einer fest ange¬ ordneten Formaufspannplatte, an denen je eine Form¬ hälfte der Form befestigt ist, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die fest angeordnete Formaufspann¬ platte als quer zur Schließrichtung geteilte Form¬ aufspannplatte (1) ausgebildet ist, zwischen deren beiden Teilen das Schmelzeleitsystem (2) angeord¬ net ist.1.
