5 : K.Arai et al. , J. Appl. Phys. , 59.3430

6 : B. J. Ainslie et al. , Mater. Lett. 6, 139
(1988) .

たとえば、 P 2 0 5 - S i 0 2 系において、 P 2 0 5 = 1 . 1 w t %での液相線温度 (ク リス トバライ 卜が消 失する温度) は 1 7 0 0 °C以上であ り 、 A l 2 0 3 ― P 2 0 5 系においては、 A 1 2 0 3 力 3 0 w "t %を越え る と、 その液相線温度 ( A 1 P 0 4 が消失する温度) は 1 7 0 0 °C以上になる。
かく て、 種々の異なる濃度の E r と A 1 とが共 ドープ された E r 2 03 - A 1 2 0 3 一 S i 〇 2 — F系のガラ スロ ッ ド (複数本) が得られた。
E rおよび Zまたは A 1 力 、 およそ 3 0 0 0 p p m w
(parts per million by weight)
A " 0 a - G e 0 2 - S i 0 z — F系 のガラスロ ッ ドが得られた。
E r 2 03 - A l 2 03 - S i
