Abstract

Die Vorrichtung mit einer Knochenplatte (1) und einem temporär aufzusetzenden Feststeller (100) dient zur Fixation insbesondere von Fragmenten eines Kieferknochens. Die Knochenplatte (1) hat einen longitudinalen Führungsschlitz (40), der einseitig offen oder beidseits geschlossen ist. Der Feststeller (100) besitzt eine die Knochenplatte (1) partiell übergreifende Scheibe (110), in der vorzugsweise drehbar und verliergesichert eine Feststellschraube (120) steckt, die zum Einschrauben in ein Knochenfragment durch den Führungsschlitz (40) bestimmt ist. Mit Vorteil hat die Knochenplatte (1) an einem Ende Gliederbereiche (30) mit für den Längenzuschnitt abtrennbaren Einzelgliedern. Die Vorrichtung erweitert die Möglichkeiten des Festschraubens der Knochenplatte (1), so dass man eine bessere Anpassbarkeit an die jeweilige Aufgabe und eine verbesserte Steifheit über die Kante der Knochenplatte (1) betrachtet erzielt, während deren Elastizität über die Fläche durch geringere Materialstärke gesteigert werden kann. Der quasi einteilige Feststeller vereinfacht das Handling. Zur zusätzlichen Versteifung der aufgeschraubten Knochenplatte (1) und/oder zu deren einseitiger Verschraubung ist eine Fixierplatte vorgesehen. In einer zweiten Ausführung ist der Feststeller seitlich, ausserhalb der Knochenplatte (1), mit dem darunter befindlichen Knochenfragment verschraubbar.
