8是用来表示各抽查点 Ί 的位置与结构纹理特征的数码, 因 而可称之为位置与结构纹理特征复合码。 最后, 将一个个标 识物上的位置与结构纹理特征码分别用编码 1为文件名, 存 储到专设的接入电话网的计算机识别系统数据库中, 将这些 结构纹理防伪标识物分别粘贴到需要防伪的产品上 (如茅台 酒瓶上) 即可。 消费者可通过电话向专设的计算机识别系统 数据库拨入编码 1, 查询听取关于各抽查点 7 的位置信息与 结构纹理特征信息: "您所查询的产品在坐标上的 (1.4)、 (3.2) 位置各有一条纤维、 在 (2.1)、 (2.3)、 (4.1)、 (4.2)、 (4.4) 位置有碎木屑, 其余九个位置均为空白, 符 合上述特征为茅台酒真品, 否则为假酒"。 消费者还可通过 电话向专设的计算机识别系统数据库先拨入编码 1, 再拨入 位置与结构纹理特征复合码, 听取关于复合码是否正确的电 脑语音答复: "您所查询的产品位置与结构纹理特征复合码 正确, 如果各抽查点 7位置与结构紋理特征完全与复合码表 示的含义一致, 则是真品, 否则是假货"。 当然, 如果复合 码不正确, 则电脑语音答复为: "您所查询的产品编码有误、 是假冒产品"。
参见图 2, 是按照本发明结构纹理防伪方法设置的另一 种防伪标识物的俯视示意图。 图中的防伪标识物可选择一些 经表面抛光处理的天然花岗岩石块作为防伪信息的载体 3, 该标识物以白色为主色, 上有清晰黑色 (天然斑点) 结构紋 理 2, 可选厚度为 10醒, 边长为 63醒 (等于 1 元人民币的 宽度) 的正方形, 将之进行编码。 在每一个石块上印设一个 或多个仅属于它的编码 1和参照物坐标线 6, 用遮盖层 4将 编码 1的一部分遮盖起来, 将载体 3上的结构纹理 2用电脑 录入设备扫描仪扫描或用数码相机拍摄下来, 将拍摄下来的 外观照片作为图像文件, 以编码 1为文件名存储到具有自动 发送传真功能的接入电话网或国际互联网的计算机识别系统 数据库中, 最后, 将这些天然花岗岩石块作为防伪标识物分 别镶嵌到需要防伪的产品上 (如汽车发动机上) 即可。 消费 者可通过传真机、 上网电脑向计算机识别系统数据库拨入编 码 1调取结构纹理 2的传真图像, 来查明真伪。 工业应用性
采用本发明结构紋理防伪方法, 优点在于:
1、 难于伪造。 本发明结构纹理防伪方法中, 利用的结 构纹理 2是天然或人工随机形成的材料结构特征、 材料内部 结构特征或随机形成的材料三维空间内部结构特征, 而非可 印刷仿造的表面特征。 抽查点 7的位置很确定, 抽查点 7点 的结构纹理很具体, 其对应的抽查点 7的结构特征信息数码 8 也很准确, 因而, 手工拼贴 "内部结构纹理" 和制版成批 印刷相同的 "内部结构纹理" 的造假, 也就更难了。
2、 易于识别。 消费者只需通过传真机、 上网电脑向计 算机识别系统数据库拨入编码 1, 索取一张防伪标识物的结 构纹理 2传真图,就可用之与产品上的结构纹理 2图像对照, 来验证真伪; 消费者也可通过电话向计算机识别系统数据库 拨入编码 1、查询听取有关抽查点 7的结构纹理 2特征信息, 用之与产品上各抽査点 7的结构纹理 2特征对照, 就可查明 真伪。 众所周知, 人造木纹纸贴面、 人造大理石纹纸贴面只 是一种二维表面印刷纹理, 只要用刀切开其贴面, 立刻就发 现内部没有纹理, 因而, 即使是印刷伪造的纹理也易于识别。
3、 克服了现有技术的缺陷。 因编码 1信息与结构纹理 2特征相对应, 因而单纯回收旧编码是不易造假的, 一码多 印造假和非法拷贝编码造假同样也就不容易了。 因载体 3上 印设有直观表示抽查点 7的位置代码 5与结构纹理 2特征的 数码 8, 并印有描述数码 8与抽查点 7的位置、 结构纹理 2 特征之间关系的说明或图示, 加之该说明或图示作为一个标 准可向社会公开, 又采用了计算机识别系统数据库, 因而实 现了自动查询识假, 识别真伪更简单、 更方便、 更快捷、 更 准确。 这里, 对本发明的说明仅是为了举例而已, 本领域的技 术人员在不脱离本发明的说明书和附图的精神范围内, 可对 这里所述的实施例做出各种改进和 /或变更。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种结构纹理防伪方法, 将防伪对象进行编码, 在每 一个产品上印设一个或多个仅属于它的编码 (1), 在防伪对 象上设置防伪信息载体 (3), 选定载体 (3) 上的防伪信息, 将该防伪信息结合编码 (1) 一起存储到接入电话网或国际 互联网的计算机识别系统数据库中, 以供消费者调取该防伪 信息来验证真伪,
其 特 征 在 于 还包括以下步骤:
a. 选用具有一些清晰的随机结构紋理 (2) 的材料,作为防 伪信息载体 (3);
b. 选定载体 (3) 上的随机结构纹理 (2) 图像, 作为防伪

2. 按照权利要求 1所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的随机结构紋理 (2) 图像是用 能摄取图像并能转换为数字图像的设备扫描或拍摄的。
3. 按照权利要求 1所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 还包括以下步骤:
a. 选定载体 (3) 上的一些区域作为随机结构纹理 (2) 特 征信息抽查点 (7);
b. 指定或印设上用于确定抽查点 (7) 位置的标记, 作为参 照物 (6);
4. 按照权利要求 3所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 还包括以下步骤:
a. 将各抽查点 (7) 相对于参照物 (6) 的位置用位置信息 (5) 表示;
b. 将抽査点 (7) 的位置信息与随机结构紋理特征信息共同 作为防伪信息, 结合编码 (1) 一起存储到接入电话网的计 算机识别系统数据库中, 以供消费者电话查询, 来验证真伪。
5. 按照权利要求 1所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的随机结构纹理( 2 )是载体( 3 ) 材料的内部随机结构纹理 (2), 它和载体 (3) 的材料为一 个不可分离的整体。
6. 按照权利要求 5所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的内部随机结构纹理 (2) 是三 维空间内部结构纹理。
7. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体 (3) 是一种随机结构纹 理 (2) 清晰的天然结构材质。
8. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体 (3) 是一种在生产制造 时特意随机添加了能够产生清晰的随机结构纹理 (2) 的有 色纤维或碎屑的纸张、 塑膜或其它复合材料。
9. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体 (3) 是一种在生产制造 时特意随机添加了能够产生清晰的随机结构纹理 (2) 的颜 料、 不规则形状颗粒、 杂物或气泡的塑料、 玻璃、 陶瓷或复 合材料。
10. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体 (3) 和标记参照物 (6) 的某些尺寸等于某种纸币的长或宽的八分之一或六分之一的 整倍数。
11. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 所述的位置信息为位置代码 (5), 标注在抽査点 (7) 上或其旁边。
12. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体(3)上印设有抽査点(7) 的位置信息与随机结构纹理特征代码组成的数码 (8)。
13. 按照权利要求 12所述的防伪方法,
其 特 征 在 于 所述的数码 (8) 按如下方法编制: a. 规定相同的随机结构纹理 (2) 特征用相同的代码表示, 不同的随机结构纹理 (2) 特征分别用不同的代码表示; b. 将各抽查点 (7) 的随机结构纹理 (2) 特征信息分别用 各自的代码表示出来;
c 将抽查点 (7) 相对于参照物 (6) 的位置用位置代码 (5) 表示出来; d. 将表示出来的数码 (8) 结合位置代码 (5) 排列成组。
14. 按照权利要求 1至 6中任何一个所述的防伪方法, 其 特 征 在 于 所述的载体 (3) 上印设有用于与计 算机识别系统数据库实现通讯的电话号码、 传真号码或计算 机通讯网址。
