Abstract

A method of manufacturing glass - crystalline and stone materials and articles out of melts by casting or molding with subsequent crystallization for obtaining architecture - finishing materials. In the known methods of manufacturing glass - crystalline and stone materials and articles by crystallization of melt pores, cracks and cavities appear in the material, that decrease the strength properties and quality of the material. According to the present method for obtaining strength and dense material and lowering the cost price of articles casting and molding articles are executed in such a way, that by crystallization the structure is formed out of homogeneous crystals, being by their composition monomineral or solid solution of several minerals, having the density of the material crystallized from this melt near or equal to the density of the glass, made out of the same melt. The original charge can comprise wastes of natural phosphates (phosphorites).
