Abstract

The hollow shape profile (1) with at least single-threaded helix along whose inside and outside surface is executed at least single-threaded helix with steep lead while shapes of its inside and outside sections are mutually derived. The method of the production of hollow shape profile (1) executed by the drawing process that consists in the shape profile (1) drawing by the rectilinear motion of the drawing truck through at least one form drawing die (7) and with at least one form broach (2), both performing positive rotary motion around the drawn profile longitudinal axis. The principle of the form drawing die (7) or form broach (2) to the executing of the production method said shape profile (1) consists in fact, that either drawing die (7) and form broach (2) consist from at least one-part body equipped along its periphery with at least one convex or concave blade (6). The said blade (6) can be formed as at least single-threaded helix.

Description

HELICALLY CORRUGATED HOLLOW PROFILE AND METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ITS PRODUCTION
Technical area
The invention appertains to the area of working of bar materials, especially the cold profiling, and enables the final shape forming either of bar and hollow metallurgical materials, for example seamless or welded tubes etc. The drawing treatment mentioned above can be also used on a part of the executed material only, eventually with making some changes in its shape lengthwise.
Background of the invention
From the patent concerning literature There is known a lot of production methods of solid or hollow shape profiles made from metallurgical materials, for example the section bars, tubes or another types of profiles.
There is known a method of forming the profiles of the multiple male threads and a machinery that enables its execution from the description of the protected invention nr. CS 214 213 B2. The substance of this method consists in having the profile of each thread formed by outer form cutter and chiplessly calibrated so that each of these threads is passed through by all disks o the calibrating tool lengthwise. The calibrating tool for executing the process described above consists of the disk having at least three adjustable gripping jaws attached to the tool face. Each of these gripping jaws is equipped with the supporting jaw, each from them is equipped with swivel seated, axially deflected rolling wheels in this manner, that their symmetric axis is parallel to the lead angle. The described gear is then completed with the centric hole with the stop made in the body of the gear, the stopping and gripping means and tool-holding slide with clamping jaw. The simultaneous inside and outside tubes gear to the cold forming, known from the description of the invention nr. CS 238 084 B l . comprises the three disc-wheel system whose the outside diameter is graded so that its contour shape resembles to parabola. Then it has an inside grooving broach equipped on the periphery with symmetrically placed blades. The surface of those blades is axially chamfered in the ratio from 1 :5()() to 1 :2(XX). The height and width of those blades ranges from 0,4 to 1 ,5 mm while the diameter ranges from 1,8 to 2,2 multiple of their width.
The publication of the protected invention CS 247 078 B2 contains the description of the method of rolling the two-layer tubes ribbed radially and the machinery for executing this process. The substance of this method consists in grooving the outside tube first, with the help of the rotating rolling disks, then after a rib is pulled and finally the resulting shape of the rib is formed with the final forcing the outside tube on the core tube. The machinery for executing this process consists of three rolling adapters that each does consist of grooving, pulling, forming and supporting disk while the profile of the first part of the supporting disk taken along the direction of the rolling process is corresponding with the profile of the last forming disk. The profile of the second part is hollow and the outside diameter of the last supporting disk taken along the direction of the rolling process is bigger for about 0J to 0,8 mm then the outside diameter of the rest of the supporting disks. The invention CS 256 999 B2 does depend on the process described above and contains also the description of a gear in which a system of three outside forming disks is put together from forming rolls with conical tapers that are gripped on shaft with an axial deviation out of coaxial position with the tube to 2,5°.
The method of executing the ribs on bimetallic tubes along the description of the invention CS 249 134 B2 consists in roughening the core lube surface in two sections with the length equal from 0,8 to 3 multiple of their inside diameters and their mutual distance is currently from 1 ,6 to 6 multiple of the outside diameter of the inside tube in respect to the length of the outside tube. After the said process is the outside tube pulled on the inside tube hereby that its ends are on the same level with the outside ends of roughened sections and the ends of the outside tube arc climpcd along the length coming from 0,5 to 1 ,5 multiple of the length of the said roughened sections while the deformed part of the outside tube moves in the direction to the centre of the inside tube in the distance proportional to the mechanical stress performed by clamping the tube. The like joined tubes would not move even during consequent rolling the ribs while energetical demands of operations described above are lower in comparision with some other still used methods of mutual fixing the core and outside tube.
Into the yet known state-of-the-art do belong also a lot of shape profiles or systems which are put together for various technical reasons, for example heat-exchanging tubes for heat-exchangers, section bars used in building industry, accurate section bars used as movable bars in cinematic systems or shape profiles used as decoration in building industry.
As an example there is possible to make a mention of the heat-exchanging tube inside heating boilers known from the published application form of the invention CZ 3613-96 A3 or the heat-exchanging tube used in cooling agent lines according to the description to nr. CZ 2008-96 A3, the heat-exchanging tube clement according to the utility patent CZ 7484 Ul, the heat-exchanging clement of the so called tube-in-tube type known from the description of the patent CS 234 510 B l or the liquid stream rectifying gear according to the patent nr. CS 269 189 Bl or the tubular heat-exchanger with a gear evocating turbulent flow in inter-tubular area according to the publication on the registered utility patent nr. CZ 5379 U1.
Summary of the invention
Among the main disadvantages of the products described above belongs especially the shape complicativeness that is directly beared upon the expensive production process consisting in the necessity of the acquisition of relatively expensive and highly specialised machines or specialised construction parts necessary to its manufacturing.
All of the above mentioned disadvantages can be in the major part done away with using the hollow profile with at least single threaded helix by this invention whose principle consists in the constructing at least simple-threaded helix with sleep leading on either of inside and outside surface while the shape of the inside and outside section of the shape profile are mutually corresponding.
The substance of production process of hollow shape profiles through drawing according to the invented method consists in the drawing of the shape profile by the rectilinear motion of the drawing carriage through at least one form drawing die with at least one form broach, while the said form drawing die and the said broach are performing the forced rotary motion around the longitudinal axis of the drawn profile. Appropriately it is possible using the kincmatically inverse way of mutual motion of the described parts so that the drawn profile does rotate positively in a stationary system of form either from the said drawing die and said form broach.
The form drawing die for the executing of the production method according to the described invention is made as at least one-part body comprising at least one direct, convex or concave form blade along the inside periphery. The direct or convex or concave blades along the periphery do have the shape of multiple helix.
One another advantage consists in having the cross-section in the form drawing die symmetrical shape in accordance with at least one axis.
The form broach for executing the invented method is also constructed like a body having at least one part; this body is equipped along the periphere with at least one direct, convex or concave profile blade with the shape advantageously derived from the form drawing die, while the said direct, convex or concave blades are placed along the periphery in the shape of multiple helix.
The form broach is also advantageously executed herewith so its cross-section has a symmetrical according to at least one axis.
Among the most important advantages reached by using of the form profiles with at least on simple-threaded helix, method of their production and the form drawing dies and broaches according to the invention appertain especially the possibility of quick and cheap production of various shape profiles to whose production common and cheap material can be also used, for example the usage of common welded steel tubes for production of shape profiles to create the tubular heat-exchanging systems, hollow armouring and hardening profiles for building and earth works, decorating shape profiles for production of banisters, gates, wickets and so on meanwhile the weight of the armouring structure is significantly reduced. There can be reached in the described production process a significant reduction of building length of heat-exchanging elements thanks to increased surface of the hollow shape elements used to the production. On the contrary while observing the proportions there can be reached a significant increase of transferred thermal output contemporary disturbing laminar streaming of heat-exchanging liquids. The advantageous profile shape reached through the method and by using the means by this invention does enable the improving of building systems strength characteristics whose production is done by using it, for example to produce the reinforced concrete. Fair-face elements produced according to present invention can imitate successfully profiles finished to this day by manual blacksmith manufacturing only with the contemporary and significantly reducing of the production costs etc. Joining elements connecting the hollow shape profiles together according to the invention can be also advantageously finished with the shape-corresponding section cither in the shape of sleeve or pin that can be hollow or solid. The-like finished joint can be resisting enough to some inadvisable disconnection owing to the outside effects while using the suitable lead and observing necessary precision.
Brief description of the drawings
The hollow shape profiles with at least one single-threaded helix, the method of its production and form drawing dies and broaches by the invention according to the present invention substance is described in detail through the mediation of execution examples represented by enclosed drawings containing simplified figures. Fig. 1 shows the cross- section view of an example of the shape profile by this invention Axonomctric figure in the Fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 4 shows the axonomctric view of different pictures of shape profile form Fig. 1 whose production was done by using the form drawing die and form broach with mutually diverse cross-sections. Fig. 5 shows the schematised f ront view with a broken-out section through the drawing mill with both of profile broaches and drawing dies.
Detailed description of the embodiments of' thc invention
Fig. 1 illustrates the cross-section view through the hollow tubular profile J_ according to the invention, where the said profile is made like a tube with either of inside and outside cross-section in the form of the regular dodecagon with roundcd-off and concave edges and when the said form of the described profile j. is formed lcnghtwisc into the steep lead helix as it is perceptible from two mutually diverse pictures of identical profiles J_ in the axonometric view in the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
Fig. 4 shows in the cross-section the other following example of profile 1_ by the presented invention made by mutually partially diverse form broach 2 and form drawing die 6 by the following Fig. 5. The basic selection of the internal and external shape of the final profile 1. is executed as an regular (six-cornered star) with bevelled apexes and rounded-off edges while the internal shape of the said profile has on all concave apexes cavities in the shape of the regular parallelogram.
The front view with the broken-out section from the Fig. 5 shows schematically the drawing mill arrangement for the production of shape profiles l_ according to the invention. There is a thrust bearing 5 placed in the partially figured frame 4 containing a rotatable seated broaching bar 3 with the step 8. The said broaching bar 3 comprises on its end a coaxial seated form broach 2 placed inside of the shape profile \_. The said profile 1 is made from a common tubular profile tube. There is pivoted the shape profile on the outside periphery of the form drawing die 7 comprising form blades 6 from hard metal These said mentioned blades 6 forming the outside surface of the said shape profile J_. The arrows aside of the form broach 2 and form drawing die 7 show the sens of their rotation and the arrows on the left side of the described figure shows the direction in what the drawing truck is moved through the just executed shape profile _ All the described configuration can be also connected conversely, it means the form drawing die 7 is placed round the rotating shape profile i and in its interior there is placed the form broach 2 and concurrently both form drawing die and form broach perform the rectilinear motion. Considering to the magnitude of shape changes in the final look of the profile I as well as to its division and complexity there is also possible to make the form broach 2 and the form driving die 7 as divided components consisting of at least two joined parts or at least two separate units. This solving enables to reach the final shape of the said profile 1 according to the invention gradually. That way of manufacturing enables to eliminate all undesirable mechanical damages during the process of the production.

Claims

1. The hollow shape profile (1 ) with at least single-threaded helix characterised by forming at least single-threaded helix with identical steep lead on its internal and external surface.
2. The profile according to the claim 1 , characterised by the mutually deriving shapes both of the internal and external sections.
3. The profile according to the claim 1. characterised by ihe embedded or imbedded coupling comprises surfaces turned towards to surfaces of the hollow shape profile (1) have a corresponding form.
4. The method of manufacturing of the hollow shape profile according to the claim 1 by the drawing process, characterised by the revolving of the profile (1) by the rectilinear motion of the performing drawing truck through at least one form drawing die (7) and at the same time the said profile (1) is provided with at least one form broach (2) when the said die (7) and the said form broach (2) both performing positive rotary revolving around the longitudinal axis of said drawn profile (1 ) or the said profile can also positively compulsory revolve in the stationary system comprising both of the said form drawing die (7) and the said form broach (2).

Form drawing die to perform the method by the claim 4, characterised by executing as at least one-part body comprising on the inside periphery at least one direct, convex or concave blade (6) while the profile of the form drawing die (7) is advantageously derived from the form broach profile (2).
6. The form drawing die according to claim 5, wherein circumferential profile grooves or projections have the shape of multiple helix.
7. The drawing form die according to claim 5, wherein its cross-section has a symmetrical shape to at least one axis.
8. The form broach to perform the method by the claim 4, characterised by executing as at least one-part body comprising on the periphery at least one direct, convex or concave blade (6), while the profile of the form broach (2) is advantageously derived from the shape of the form drawing die (7).
9. The form broach according to the claim 8, wherein the circumferential profile grooves or projections have the shape of multiple helix.
10. The form broach according according to the claim 8, wherein its cross-section has a symmetrical shape to at least one axis.
