MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the same configuration has the same number.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with a container containing a PET bottle by way of example.
A PET bottle container according to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, is comprised of a main body 30 forming a space 38 for receiving at least one PET bottle 10 with an entrance 37, a cover 70 removably coupled adjacent to the entrance 37 of the main body 30, and a heat insulating part 60 provided on the inside wall of the main body 30 and the cover 70.
In the end parts of the main body 30 and the cover 70 to be coupled each other are formed a male screw 35 and a female screw 71, respectively. Accordingly, a user holds the main body 30 and screws the cover 70 off or onto the main body 30 by rotating it counterclockwise or clockwise. Here, it is possible to change the positions of the male and female screws 35 and 71 in reverse. Further, the main body 30 and the cover 70 can be coupled each other by a hook structure or a forcible inserting structure, as is known in the art.
Outside the main body 30 is provided a handle 40 with which a user grasps the PET bottle container. The handle 40 is comprised of a pair of projections 41 at a predetermined interval, and a connecting bar 42 by which the projections 41 are connected. Accordingly, a user can easily hold the PET bottle container by grasping the connecting bar 42, by inserting his/her fingers among the respective projections 41 and the connecting bar 42. Further, it is possible to provide a non-slip pad on the connecting bar 42 in order to prevent slipping.
On opposite sides of the outer surface of the cover 70 is provided a pair of pins 51, protruding radially. In each pin 51 is rotatably installed a hinge bar 52. The hinges 52 are connected each other with a ribbon 50 for carrying the PET bottle container on user's shoulder. The ribbon 50 is used when the PET bottle container is relatively heavy while containing a lot of PET bottles 10.
Fig.l shows the PET bottle container including both the handle 40 and the ribbon 50, but either of them may be removed as necessary. Further, it is possible to change the positions of the handle 40 and the ribbon 50 into any suitable positions, as necessary.
As shown in Fig. 3, the heat insulating part 60 is comprised of at least one layer made by combining a heat insulating material (P) known in the art with an aluminum foil (A) . The heat insulating material (P) may be made of at least one of the materials such as cork, cotton, felt, foam rubber, asbestos, glass fiber, quartz fiber, diatomaceous earth, magnesium carbonate powder, magnesia powder, calcium silicate, perlite, styrofoam, and polyethylene resin. In the present invention, the polyethylene resin is preferably used as the heat insulating material (P).
The polyethylene resin (P) effectively cuts off heat transfer by thermal conduction because of a low thermal conductivity but cannot cut off thermal radiation as electromagnetic waves. Oppositely, the aluminum foil (A) effectively cuts off thermal radiation as electromagnetic waves. Thus, in the present invention, the polyethylene resin (P) is combined with the aluminum foil (A), and therefore the advantages of both the polyethylene resin (P) and the aluminum foil (A) can be maximumly achieved. The aluminum foil (A) can be attached to only one side or both sides of the polyethylene resin (p) , and also attached in many folds. Hereinbelow, a usage of the PET bottle container according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
First, a user holds the main body 30 and screws the cover 70 off the main body 30. Then, the user puts the PET bottle 10 containing therein warm or cool drinks in the receiving space 38 of the main body 30, and screws the cover 70 onto the main body 30. In case of keeping the drinks cool, it is preferable that the user puts the PET bottle 10 in the receiving space 38 together with ice or dry ice.
A PET bottle container according to another embodiment of the present invention is, as illustrated in Fig. 4, comprised of a main body 30 forming a space 38 (see Fig. 6) for receiving at least one PET bottle 10 with an entrance 37 (see Fig. 5), a cover 70 removably coupled adjacent to the entrance 37 of the main body 30, and a heat insulating part 60 provided inside the main body 30 and the cover 70. The main body 30 is made of hard plastic or metal to keep a body shape thereof.
Hereinbelow, a description for the components such as a handle 40, a ribbon 50, and the heat insulating part 60 may be replaced by the description for the first embodiment, as necessary. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, in the PET bottle container according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the heat insulating part 60 and the main body 30 are separably constructed, respectively.
The heat insulating part 60 is separated into a top cover 61 accommodating a neck 12 of the PET bottle 10, a trunk 62 surrounding the body of the PET bottle 10, and a bottom cover 63 disposed inside a cover 70, being coupled to the trunk 62. In the bottom cover 63 is formed a space 65 accommodating a cooling pack containing ice or dry ice. At the upper end part of the trunk 62 adjacent to the top cover 61 is formed an opening 64 of which the size is similar to the size of the neck 12 of the PET bottle 10. Thus, a user can use contents in the PET bottle 10 without taking the PET bottle 10 out of the PET bottle container. That is, if a user separates a first casing 31 holding the top cover 61 from a second casing 34, the neck 12 of the PET bottle is exposed through the opening 64. Consequently, a user can easily use the contents of the PET bottle 10.
The main body 30 is separated into the first casing 31 and the second casing 32, corresponding to the heat insulating part 60. Inside the first casing 31 is provided a protruding rib 32 holding therein the top cover 61 of the heat insulating part 60.
At the lower part of the first casing 31 is formed a female screw 33, and at the upper part of the second casing 34 is formed a male screw 36 for coupling with the female screw 33 of the first casing 31. Here, it is possible to change the positions of the male and female screws 36 and 33 in reverse. Further, the main body 30 and the cover 70 can be coupled each other by a hook structure or a forcible inserting structure, known in the art.
Hereinbelow, a usage of the PET bottle container according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, a user holds the main body 30 and screws the cover 70 off the main body 30. Then, the user puts the PET bottle 10 containing therein warm or cool drinks into the receiving space 38 of the main body 30, with the neck 12 of the PET bottle 10 toward the top cover 61. When the PET bottle 10 is accommodated in the receiving space 38, the neck 12 of the PET bottle 10 is placed inside the opening
64 of the trunk 62. Thereafter, the user puts a cooling pack containing ice or dry ice in the accommodating space
65 of the bottom cover 63, as necessary, and then screws the cover 70 onto the main body 30.
In the case of using the PET bottle 10 accommodated in the PET bottle container, the user separates the first casing 31 holding the top cover 61 from the second casing
34, so that the neck 12 of the PET bottle is exposed through the opening 64. Consequently, the user opens the PET bottle and easily uses the contents of the PET bottle 10.
With this configuration, the PET bottle container according to the present invention can keep warm or cool contents contained in the PET bottle 10, by means of the main body 30 forming the space 38 for receiving at least one PET bottle 10 with the entrance 37; the cover 70 removably coupled adjacent to the entrance 37 of the main body 30; and the heat insulating part 60 provided inside of the main body 30 and the cover 70.
In the above-description, the top cover, the trunk, and the bottom cover are mutually combined by a forcible inserting, but may be combined by a screw coupling structure . In the above-description, the main body and the heat insulating part are separated into two parts, respectively. However, it is possible to separate them into three or more parts, as necessary. Also, the separation positions may be changed, differently from the separation positions shown in the drawings. Further, it is possible to construct the container without a bottom cover.
In the drawings, the PET bottle container accommodates one PET bottle by way of example. However, it is possible for the PET bottle container to accommodate two or more PET bottles by modifying the main body and the cover. In the above-description, the PET bottle container accommodates therein the PET bottle by way of example, but may be accommodate various kinds of bottles besides the PET bottle. As described above, the present invention provides a PET bottle container that can keep the temperature of contents contained in bottles such as a PET bottle from an air temperature and is handy to carry.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purpose, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
