上記工程 (b) で形成された基板上に残存している上記金属粒子に、 互いに共 役となる 2つのヌクレオチド分子のうち、 いずれか一方のヌクレオチド分子を結 合する工程 (c) と、
を含むヌクレオチド検出装置の製造方法。
3. 請求項 2のヌクレオチド検出装置の製造方法において、
上記タンパク質分子が、 Dp sタンパク質またはアポフェリチンであることを 特徴とするヌクレオチド検出装置の製造方法。
4. 請求項 2または 3のヌクレオチド検出装置の製造方法において、
上記ヌクレオチド分子は、 塩基配列の異なる複数種類のヌクレオチド分子であ ることを特徴とするヌクレオチド検出装置。
5. (補正後) 基板を、 上記基板の表面が容器に充填された微粒子を含む液体 の液面に交差するように設置する工程 (a) と、
上記液体の液面を、 上昇または下降させ、 上記基板の表面上に上記微粒子を 2 次元状に分散させた濡れ膜を形成する工程 (b) と、
を含む微粒子膜の作製方法。
6. 請求項 5の微粒子膜の作製方法において、
上記微粒子が、 直径 50 nm以下であることを特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法。
7. 請求項 5または 6の微粒子膜の作製方法において、 摘正された 紙 (条約第 19条) 上記微粒子は、 タンパク質であることを特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法。
8 . 請求項 7の微粒子膜の作製方法において、
上記夕ンパク質は、 無機材料を内包することを特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法
9 . 請求項 7または 8の微粒子膜の作製方法において、
上記液体のタンパク質濃度は、 1 0 g/m l〜5 0 O m g/m lであること を特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法。
1 0 . 請求項 7 - 9のうちいずれか 1つの微粒子膜の作製方法において、 上記液体は、 電解質を含むことを特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法。
1 1 . 請求項 7— 1 0のうちいずれか 1つの微粒子膜の作製方法において、 上記液体の液面の上昇または低下速度はほぼ一定であり、 且つ、 1 0 mm/分 以下であることを特徴とする微粒子膜の作製方法。
1 2 . 請求項 7— 1 1のうちいずれか 1つの微粒子膜の作製方法において、 上記液体は、 重力の作用によって流出させられることを特徴とする微粒子膜の 作製方法。
