Device for pivoting mounting of a child seat above a vehicle seat next to a vehicle door opening of a vehicle, characterized by a pivot arm (6), which at one end on the vehicle (5) in the area next to the vehicle seat (3) and the vehicle door opening (4) an essentially vertical pivot axis can be pivotably anchored and is designed at its other end to support the child seat (2), the pivot arm (6) being between a first position in which a child seat (2) supported thereon lies above the vehicle seat (3) , and a second position in which the child seat (2) lies in the area of the vehicle door opening (4) can be pivoted.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (6) um 45° bis 120°, bevorzugt um 90°, verschwenkbar ist.2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swivel arm (6) by 45 ° to 120 °, preferably by 90 °, is pivotable.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (6) an seinem zur Abstützung des Kindersitzes (2) ausgebildeten Ende im wesentlichen horizontale Laufschienen (10) zur linearverschieblichen Befestigung des Kindersitzes (2) trägt, so daß ein auf dem Schwenkarm (6) abgestützter Kindersitz (2) in der genannten zweiten Stellung des Schwenkarmes (6) durch die Fahrzeugturoffnung (4) zumindest teilweise aus dem Fahrzeug (5) herausziehbar ist.3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the swivel arm (6) at its end designed to support the child seat (2) carries essentially horizontal rails (10) for linearly displaceable fastening of the child seat (2), so that a child seat (2) supported on the swivel arm (6) in the said second position of the swivel arm (6) can be at least partially pulled out of the vehicle (5) through the vehicle door opening (4).

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur verschwenkbaren Verankerung des Schwenkarmes (6) am Fahrzeug (5) eine im wesentlichen vertikale Teleskopstange (7) vorgesehen ist, an welcher der Schwenkarm (6) befestigt ist und welche an ihrem oberen und unteren Ende jeweils in einer Verankerung (8, 9) am Fahrzeug (5) drehbar gelagert ist. 4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that for the pivotable anchoring of the swivel arm (6) on the vehicle (5) a substantially vertical telescopic rod (7) is provided, to which the swivel arm (6) is attached and which is rotatably supported at its upper and lower ends in an anchorage (8, 9) on the vehicle (5).
