Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Applizieren von Licht auf eine zu behandelnde Stelle einer Wand (51) eines Gefässes (50) im menschlichen oder tierischen Körper, insbesondere zum Laserschweissen zweier Gefässe aneinander, weist ein lichtzuführendes Instrument (12) auf, das von einer extrakorporalen Lichtquelle erzeugtes Licht zu der Stelle führt und auf diese abstrahlt. Das Lichtzuführende Instrument (12) weist einen länglichen Lichtleiter (20), der in das Lumen des Gefässes (50) einführbar und daran in Längsrichtung des Gefässes (50) verschiebbar ist, und lichtablenkende Mittel (28), die das durch den Lichtleiter (20) zugeführte Licht im wesentlichen radial auf die zu behandelnde Stelle richten.
