Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beschichtungspulver auf der Basis von chemisch modifizierten Suboxiden des Titans für die Anwendung in verschiedenen Beschichtungstechnologien. Mittels dieser Beschichtungsverfahren kann das erfindungsgemäße Beschichtungspulver auf verschiedene Bauteile aufgetragen werden. Die aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Beschichtungspulver hergestellten Schichten zeichnen sich besonders durch hohe elektrische Leitfähigkeit, gute Festkörperschmiereigenschaften und Verschleißbeständigkeit aus. Aus diesen Gründen liegen für die mit diesen Schichten beschichteten Bauteile Anwendungsmöglichkeiten insbesondere als funktionelle Schicht für Brennstoffzellen in elektrochemischen Anlagen, im Fahrzeugbau, Maschinenbau und anderen Wirtschaftzweigen. Das Beschichtungspulver auf der Basis von Titansuboxiden mit definierter Defektstruktur ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pulver durch wenigstens ein metallisches Legierungselement modifiziert ist und durch die allgemeine Formel Tin-2Me2O2n-1 beschrieben wird.
