Abstract
The invention relates to a method for chemical instruction on the internet using the internet site of Chemeia Conseil, www.chemeia.com (registered trade mark) and user terminals which permit a reply within a previously given period and not requiring an automatic re-registration. The above is a novel method for on-line instruction, which permits the needs of the user to be met: by means of a previous registration, by means of a good response rate (rapid reply: 15 minutes minimum), by means of non-re-registration for further questions, by means of using an identifier and a password, and with no pre-payment. The above is for application to anybody searching for information in the chemical domain and is novel in that no chemical instruction is available on the internet without electronic mail and inventive in that the user registers only once by means of a virtual office.
Description
The present invention relates to a direct chemical information device. This system provides information to any natural or legal person on any question relating to the following fields: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, ecological chemistry regulatory chemistry pharmaceutical chemistry fine chemistry. After numerous and numerous studies, the applicant company was extremely surprised to find that the companies using what is known as "the Internet" could not protect their developments. Either their concept used an unprotectable computer program. Either they used "the Internet" as a means of communication and not as a new innovative concept which could provide, by specialized field, reliable, fast, confidential information, without passing by the electronic mail and which allowed any physical or moral person to have access to any questioning in progress or past.
Many companies make it possible to fill in any questions in general areas by email within variable and random deadlines. After study, companies (example: Juritel®.com) provide an answer to a question in a specific area. However, the matter is treated in a non-confidential manner by email. Other companies (example: lamyline®) use the “Internet” as a means of promoting their very rich documentation, namely a means of communication.
The requesting company has therefore developed a completely innovative “Internet” information concept which has the following characteristics: - The client company requests its information through a virtual office on the requesting company's website: there therefore did not go through email.
The client company chooses itself a client code and is randomly assigned a password which will allow it to have access to its questions and answers confidentially. - The applicant company type the question according to the following classification: Type I: question relating to a field which is known by the applicant company and which does not lend material to interpretation Type II: question relating to a field which is known by the requesting company and which can lend material to interpretation. Type III: question relating to a field which is known by the requesting company and which can lend material to interpretation and which requires the call of several experts (virtual organization).
Response times are between 60 minutes to 72 hours, or even 15 minutes to 48 hours for questions known to our experts. The client company receives an acknowledgment of receipt of its question which specifies the typology of its question, the response time and the costs relating to its questioning.
La société demanderesse traite la question via ses ingénieursThe requesting company deals with the matter through its engineers
The requesting company sends the response to the client company via the virtual office and not by email.
Once the answer has been acquired, the client company has the possibility of determining a satisfaction index to which the requesting company has access via the virtual office.
Une fois la première question traitée, et c'est la grande nouveauté par rapport aux sociétés de conseils générales sur « l'Internet », la société cliente n'a plus besoin de remplir un premier questionnaire :Once the first question has been answered, and this is the great novelty compared to general consultancy companies on the "Internet", the client company no longer needs to fill out a first questionnaire:
By simply informing their identifier and access code, the client company can ask a new question or several new questions.
It should be noted that the peculiarity of the concept developed by the requesting company is that it does not require advance payment, unlike other sales companies which use "the Internet" as a new means of mail-order sales or have general consulting companies or not.
Finally, the requesting company undertakes vis-à-vis the client company to respond within deadlines which incorporate this new concept, namely, extremely short.
