Abstract

The application discloses a housing cap for securing a dispenser pump to a reservoir. This cap may include an annular body with an outwardly extending lip to seal against a portion of the pump reservoir. The annular body may have a notch for engaging the pump in this example. Here, as well as in other examples, the lip may have a helical area protruding from the body to form a flange. The application also discloses a cap for coupling a pump to a reservoir wherein the cap has an annular body with a lip that can engage the reservoir and wherein the lip terminates in a fin.
