Abstract

The invention relates to a table gas stove comprising a metal bar (1) which is bent to form a cross (fig. 1). The aforementioned bar is bent such that the upper part thereof forms a level surface which is used to support the container to be heated. The inventive stove also comprises a burner (2), a burner support (5) which is also formed by a metal bar, a distributor tube (4) which supplies the combustion gas to the burner, a support plate (6) for a valve that is used to control the combustion gas flow and a control device (7) which is used to adjust the valve opening.

Gas stove under rod construction

The generally accepted aesthetics of the tabletop gas stove, (in other countries also known as a gas hob, or also as a gas cooker), is that the gas combustion, regulation and distribution system is contained within a piece of furniture of metal sheet embedded in the form of a drawer from which the burner comes out with the flame, the knob of the regulating valve and the connection through which gas is supplied to the system. This design makes this sheet furniture expensive.

Clear and complete description of the invention

The object of the invention is to provide consumers of tabletop gas stoves with a low cost alternative to those existing in the market.

For the fulfillment of said object the gas stove has been designed according to the independent claim numbered 1.

It consists of a tabletop gas stove as shown in figure 1 consisting of seven main parts, identified in the figures with the following numbering:

1 Furniture structure: it is formed by a folded cross-shaped metal rod as shown in figure 1. As a result of these folds, a plane formed by four rod vertices is obtained at the top, which serves as a support for the pot to be heated and at the bottom the base of the structure that rests on the table is formed. The sides of the resulting structure are flat

2 Burner: in which a mixture of air and gas is produced which, with an ignition generated by a spark, candle or phosphorus, produces the combustion of the gas.

3 Valve (visible in figure 2) connected to burner 2, which measures the amount of gas coming from the pipette

4 Distributor tube. It is the part that connects the stove with the supply hose of natural gas or propane,

5 Burner support that holds the burner 2. In this case it is a metal rod. 6 Support plate. Serves as a valve holder 3

7 Knob that actuates the valve 3. This indicates the graduation of the desired amount of flame, as conventional systems do and connects to the valve itself.

Construction of multi-position stoves:

This tabletop gas stove is built in a modular way, where the burner stove is a module and if two of these modules are joined, as shown in Figure 8, a two-position stove is obtained, meaning positions number of combustion mechanisms or burners arranged for heating artifacts.

In a similar way with three modules, one gets a stove with three seats, and with four modules joined one with four seats.

It is possible by means of a joining process, to attach equal structures to form a stove with as many posts as needed.

Figure 8 represents a top view of two, three, and four-place stoves.

This union of structures can be done with welding or other type of mooring represented at points C.

It can be concluded that the mechanism of combustion, regulation and distribution of gas (composed of the burner, the valve and the distributor tube) is the one that is conventionally used in tabletop gas stoves and other similar devices, and that the actual added value is the structure of the furniture, the same is functional, practical and economical, thanks to its heeha structure in metal rod, which fulfills all the mechanical functions of a gas stove at a lower cost, thus completing the object of The present application.

Claiming Chapter

1 Tabletop gas stove characterized by the structure of its furniture that is mainly rod. This structure is formed by folding a metal rod. As a result of the folds of the rod, a three-dimensional piece of furniture is obtained, at the top of which a plane is formed (formed by four rod vertices), which serves as a support for the pot to be heated and in the lower part forms the base of the structure that rests on the table. This gas stove is also characterized by having a burner support also on a rod, which is welded to the structure described above and on which a burner goes, which connects to the gas regulating valve. This valve in turn is coupled with the distributor tube, which in turn connects with the supply hose of natural gas or propane
