Description

明 細 書 おむつ収納形態 技術分野
本発明は、 パンヅ型の使い捨ておむつを多数重ね合わせて収 納するおむつ収納形態に関する。 背景技術
透液性表面シー ト と不透液性裏面シー ト との間に吸液性コァ が介在するパンツ型の使い捨ておむつの収納形態の一例として、 股下端部を後身頃の外面へ向かって折り曲げた多数のおむつを、 隣り合うおむつの前身頃と後身頃とが互いに対向するように前 後方向へ重ね合わせた状態でパッケージの内部に収納したもの が知られている （例えば、 特開平 2 0 0 0 — 4 2 0 2 8号公報 参照。）。 パッケージの内部では、 おむつの胴周り端部がパッケ —ジの頂面の側に位置するとともに、 おむつの股下端部がパッ ケージの底面の側に位置し、 それらおむつが前後方向へ重なり 合って列を形成している。
一般に使い捨ておむつは、 コアが前後身頃の胴周り端部にま で達することはなく、 胴周り端部を除く残余の部位の厚み寸法 が胴周り端部のそれよ り も大きい。 特に、 特開平 2 0 0 0 — 4 2 0 2 8号公報の収納形態では、 おむつの股下端部が後身頃の 側へ折り曲げられているので、 胴周り端部に比較して前記残余 の部位の厚み寸法が一層大き くなつている。
特開平 2 0 0 0 - 4 2 0 2 8号公報の収納形態では、 前後方 向へ重なる多数のおむつから形成された列の前後方向における 厚み寸法がパッケージの頂面の側よ り も底面の側で大き く、 パ ッケージの底面における前後方向長さの限度までおむつを詰め たとしても、 パッケージの頂面の側でおむつの胴周り端部どう しの間に隙間が生じ、 パッケージにおけるおむつの収納効率が 悪い。 この収納形態では、 パッケージの頂面の側に位置するお むつの胴周り端部が折れ曲がり易いので、 多数のパッケージを 上下方向へ積み重ねたときの安定性が悪く、 積み重ねた状態に あるパッケージが不用意に崩れてしまう場合がある。
また、 特開平 2 0 0 0 — 4 2 0 2 8号公報の収納形態では、 おむつの列を上下方向へ重ね合わせた状態でパッケージの内部 に収納すると、 上段のおむつの列が下段のおむつの胴周り端部 を押し潰し、 下段のおむつの胴周り端部に不規則な多数の皺が 形成されてしまう場合がある。
本発明の目的は、 パンヅ型の使い捨ておむつを効率よ く収納 することができ、パッケージを上下方向へ積み重ねたとしても、 パッケージが不用意に崩れてしまう ことがないおむつ収納形態 を提供することにある。 発明の開示
前記課題を解決するための本発明の前提は、 可橈性を有する シ一 からなり 、 第 1〜第 6面を有して隣接する面が略直角に 交差するノ ^ ヅケージと、 互いに対向する前後身頃を備え、 前記 前後身頃の縦方向へ延びる胴周り側部の側縁近傍が連結されて 胴周り開口と一対の脚周り開口とを有するパンツ型の使い捨て おむ とから構成され、 前記おむつが、 前記胴周 開口を囲繞 する胴周り端部と、 前記脚周り開 aの下方に位置する股下端部 とを有し、 多数の前記おむつが、 それらおむつの身頃どう しを 重ね合わせた状態で前記パッケージ内部の対向面間に稠密に収 納されたおむつ収納形態である。
前記前提における本発明の特徴として、 前記おむつには、 前 記股下端部の幅方向中央から二股に分かれて前記脚周り開口の 上方へ向かって延びる一対の第 1折曲線が仮想され、 前記股下 端部の両側が、 前記第 1折曲線を介して前記おむつの内側へ向 かって折り込まれ、 前記パッケージの内部には、 前記胴周り端 部が前記股下端部に対して該パッケージの前記第 1面の側に位 置する第 1のおむつと、 前記胴周り端部が前記股下端部に対し て該パッケージの前記第 1面に対向する前記第 2面の側に位置 する第 2のおむっとが収納され、 前記パッケージの内部では、 前記第 1および第 2のおむつが一方向へ重なり合って列を形成 し、 前記列における前記第 1および第 2のおむつの個数が略同 数であることにある。
本発明の実施の態様の一例としては、 前記おむつが、 肌当接 側に位置する透液性表面シー ト と、 肌非当接側に位置する不透 液性裏面シート と、 前記表裏面シー トの間に介在して前記前後 身頃間に延びる吸液性コアとから形成され、 前記おむつには、 前記コアの両側縁の外側近傍に位置して前記胴周り側部を縦方 向へ延びる一対の第 2折曲線が仮想され、 前記おむつの前記胴 周り側部が、 前記第 2折曲線を介して前記おむつの内側へ向か つて折り込まれている。
本発明の実施の態様の他の一例として、 前記列では、 前記第 1のおむつの個数に対する前記第 2のおむつの個数の差分が 0 〜± 3個である。
本発明の実施の態様の他の一例として、 前記パッケージの内 部には、 少なく とも 2つの前記列が上下方向へ重なり合った状 態で収納されている。

添付の図面を参照し、 本発明にかかるおむつ収納形態の詳細 を説明すると、 以下のとおりである。

この収納形態は、 隣接する面が略直角に交差する六面体のパ ッケージ. 1 Aと、 ノ ヅケージ 1 Aの内部に収納されたパンツ型 の使い捨ておむつ 1 0 とから構成されている。 この収納形態で は、 多数のおむつ 1 0が前後方向 （一方向） へ重なり合い、 か つ、 前後方向へ圧縮された状態でパッケージ 1 Aの内部に稠密 に収納されている。 このパッケージ 1 Aの内部では、 前後方向 へ重なり合う 1 0個のおむつ 1 0が列 Gを形成し、 横方向へ並 ぶ 2つの列の上にさ らに横方向へ並ぶ 2つの列が重なっている。 パッケージ 1 Aの内部には、合計 4つの列 Gが収納されている。
パッケージ 1 Aは、 可撓性を有するシートから形成され、 前 後方向へ長い略直方体を呈する。 パッケージ 1 Aは、 上下方向 に対向する略矩形の頂面 （第 1面） 2 aおよび底面 （第 2面） 2 bと、 前後方向に対向する略矩形の第 1側面 （第 3面） 2 c および第 2側面 （第 4面） 2 dと、 横方向に対向する略矩形の 第 3側面 （第 5面） 2 eおよび第 4側面 （第 6面） 2 f とから 形成されている。 それら側面 2 c , 2 d , 2 e , 2 f は、 頂面 2 aの両端縁と両側縁とから上方へ延びる延出面 2 gを有する。 第 3および第 4側面 2 e , 2 f の延出面 2 gには、 パッケージ 1 Aの上方へ向かって弧を画く一対の取っ手 3が取り付けられ ている。 第 1側面 2 c と第 3側面 2 e とが交差するコーナ一 4 には、 図 1 に仮想線で示すように、 上下方向へ延びる ミ シン目 5が形成されている。 パッケージ 1 Aでは、 ミシン目 5 に囲繞 された第 1側面 2 c と第 3側面 2 e との部位 6 を破ると、 コ ー ナー 4におむつ 1 0の取り出し口が形成される。 おむつ 1 0は、 不透液性外装シー ト 1 2 と、 外装シー ト 1 2 の内側に配置された液吸収パネル 1 1 とから構成されている。 おむつ 1 0は、 互いに対向する前身頃 1 6 と後身頃 1 7 とを有 する。 おむつ 1 0では、 縦方向へ延びる胴周り側部 2 0が合掌 状に重なり合い、 胴周り側部 2 0の側縁近傍が縦方向へ間欠的 に並ぶ多数の熱融着線 2 2 を介して固着されている。 おむつ 1 0 には、 胴周り開口 2 3 と一対の脚周り開口 2 4 とが形成され ている。 おむつ 1 0は、 胴周り開口 2 3を囲繞して胴周り方向 へ延びる胴周り端部 1 8 と、 脚周り開口 2 4を囲繞して脚周り 方向へ延びる脚周り側部 2 1 と、 脚周り開口 2 4の下方に位置 する股下端部 1 9 とを有する。
外装シー ト 1 2 (不透液性裏面シー ト） は、 その面積がパネ ル 1 1のそれよ り も大き く、 その平面形状が実質的に砂時計型 を呈する。 外装シー ト 1 2は、 互いに重なり合う 2枚の疎水性 繊維不織布 2 6 , 2 7から形成されている。 ノ ネル 1 1 は、 図 3 , 図 4に示すよう に、 肌当接側に位置する矩形の透液性シ一 ト 1 3 (透液性表面シー ト） と、 肌非当接側に位置する矩形の 不透液性シート 1 4 (不透液性裏面シー ト） と、 それらシート 1 3， 1 4の間に介在してそれらシー ト 1 3 , 1 4の内面に固 着された吸液性コア 1 5 とから形成されている。パネル 1 1は、 それを形成するシー トが外装シー ト 1 2 を形成する不織布 2 6 2 7に接着剤 （図示せず） を介して固着されている。 コア 1 5 は、 股下端部 1 9から胴周り端部 1 8 に向かって延びている。 おむつ 1 0では、 コア 1 5が胴周り端部 1 8 に存在せず、 胴周 り端部 1 8 を除く残余の部位の厚み寸法が胴周り端部 1 8のそ れより も大きい。
おむつ 1 0には、 一対の第 1折曲線 3 0が形成されている。 第 1折曲線 3 0は、股下端部 1 9の幅方向中央で二股に分かれ、 股下端部 1 9の幅方向中央から脚周り開口 2 4の上方へ向かつ て延びている。 第 1折曲線 3 0は、 図 4に示すように、 略 V字 型を呈し、 股下端部 1 9の幅方向中央と脚周り側部 2 1 の側縁 との間に延びている。 股下端部 1 9の両側は、 第 1折曲線 3 0 を介して折曲され、 おむつ 1 0の内側に向かって折り込まれて いる。
この収納形態では、 パッケージ 1 Aの内部の列 Gにおいて、 胴周り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対してパッケージ 1 Aの頂面 2 aの側に位置する第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aと、 胴周り端部 Γ 8が 股下端部 1 9 に対してパッケージ 1 Aの底面 2 bの側に位置す る第 2のおむつ 1 0 B とが前後方向に交互に重なり合つている。 列 Gでは、 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数が 5個、 第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの個数が 5個であ り、 第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの個数と第 2の おむつ 1 0 Bの個数とが等しい。 列 Gでは、 前後方向前方から 前後方向後方へ向かって、第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの後身頃 1 7 に、 その直後に位置する第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの前身頃 1 6が重なり、 さらに、 第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの後身頃 1 7にその直後に位置す る第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの前身頃 1 6が重なっている。
この収納形態では、 列 Gにおいて第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aと第 2 のおむつ 1 0 B とが前後方向へ交互に重なり合う とともに、 列 Gにおける第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの個数と第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの 個数とが等しいので、 おむつ 1 0 A , 1 0 Bの胴周り端部 1 8 を除く残余の部位の厚み寸法が胴周り端部 1 8の厚み寸法よ り 大きいにもかかわらず、 列 Gの上方と下方とにおける前後方向 の厚み寸法に差が生じることはない。このパッケージ 1 Aでは、 その前後方向長さの限度までおむつ 1 0を詰めたとしても、 列 Gの上方と下方とにおいておむつ 1 0 どう しの間に隙間が生じ るこ とはな く、 ノ ッケージ 1 Aにおけるおむつ 1 0の収納効率 を向上させるこ とができる。
この収納形態では、 列 Gの上方と下方とにおいておむつ 1 0 どう しの間に隙間が生じるこ とはないので、 多数のパッケ一ジ
1 Aを上下方向に積み重ねたときの安定性が良 < 下方に in κ するノ ッケージ 1 Aが上方に位置するパッケ一ジ 1 Aを確実に 支えるこ とができ、 重ねられた状態にあるパッケ一ジ 1 Aが不 用意に崩れてしまう ことがない。
この収納形態では、 列 Gにおいて第 1 のおむ 1 0 Aと第 2 のおむつ 1 0 B とが前後方向へ隙間な く重なつているので、 お むつ 1 0の胴周 り端部 1 8が折れ曲が り難い。 えに、 このお むつ収納形態では、 パッケージ 1 A内のおむつ 1 0の列 Gを上 下方向へ 2段に重ねた状態で収納したと しても 上段のおむつ
1 0の列 Gが下段のおむつ 1 0の胴周 り端部 1 8 を押し潰して しまう こ とはな く、 おむつ 1 0の胴周 り端部 1 8 に不規則な多 数の皺が形成されることを防く、ことができる。

図 4の平面図から図 3のおむつ 1 0 を作るには、 前後身頃 1 6 , 1 7が互いに対向するよう に、 表面シ一 ト 1 3 を内側にし ておむつ 1 0 を股下端部 1 9 で二つに折曲し、 胴周り側部 2 0 の側縁近傍を固着した後、 脚周 り側部 2 1 の両側を第 1折曲線 3 0 を介しておむつ 1 0の内側へ折り込めばよい。
おむつ 1 0では、 図示はしていないが、 それがパンヅ型に成 形される と、 弾性部材 2 9 aが収縮してパネル 1 1の両側部 1 l bが表面シー ト 1 3の上方へ起立する。 おむつ 1 0では、 パ ネル 1 1 の両側部 1 1 bが排泄物に対する障壁を形成するので、 排泄物がパネル 1 1の両側部 1 1 bから外側へ漏れてしまう こ とを防ぐことができる。
図 5 , 6は、 他の収納形態を示すパッケージ 1 Bの部分破断 斜視図と、 パッケージ 1 Bから取り 出したおむつ 1 0の斜視図 とであり、 図 7は、 胴周り側部 2 0の連結を解除した状態で示 す図 6のおむつ 1 0の展開平面図である。 図 5では、 横方向を 矢印 X、 前後方向前方を矢印 Y 1、 前後方向後方を矢印 Y 2で 示し、 上下方向を矢印 Zで示す。 図 6， 7では、 胴周り方向を 矢印 L 1 (図 6のみ）、 横方向を矢印 L 2で示し、 縦方向を矢印 Mで示す。
パッケージ 1 Bは、 図 1のそれと同様に、 可撓性を有するシ 一卜から形成され、 隣接する面が略直角に交差する六面体のも のであ り、 前後方向へ長い略直方体を呈する。 パッケージ 1 B に収納されたおむつ 1 0は、 図 1のそれと同様のパンヅ型の使 い捨ておむつ 1 0である。 このおむつ収納形態が図 1のそれと 異なる点は、 以下のとおりである。
おむつ 1 0は、 股下端部 1 9の両側が第 1折曲線 3 0 を介し て折曲されておむつ 1 0の内側へ向かって折り込まれ、さらに、 おむつ 1 0の胴周り側部 2 0が第 2折曲線 3 2 を介して折曲さ れておむつ 1 0の内側へ向かって折り込まれている。 股下端部 1 9の折り込みは、 図 3のそれと同一であるので、 その説明は 省略する。 第 2折曲線 3 2は、 図 7 に二点鎖線で示すように、 胴周り側部 2 0の側縁間の幅寸法を二分する縦中心線 3 3 と並 行し、 コア 1 5の両側縁 1 5 bの外側近傍に位置して胴周り側 部 2 0を縦方向へ延びている。
この収納形態では、 胴周り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対して パッケージ 1 Bの頂面 2 aの側に位置する第 1のおむつ 1 O A と、 胴周り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対してパッケージ 1 Bの 底面 2 bの側に位置する第 2のおむつ 1 0 B とが前後方向 （一 方向）に交互に重なり合つている。パッケージ 1 Bの内部では、 前後方向へ重なり合う 1 0個のおむつ 1 0がパヅケージ 1 Aと 同様に列 Gを形成し、 横方向へ並ぶ 2つの列の上にさらに横方 向へ並ぶ 2つの列が重なっている。 それらおむつ 1 0は、 第 1 および第 2側面 2 c , 2 d間に前後方向へ圧縮された状態で稠 密に収納されている。 列 Gでは、 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数が 5個、 第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの個数が 5個であ り、 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数と第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの個数とが等しい。 列 Gで は、 前後方向前方から前後方向後方へ向かって、 第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの後身頃 1 7 に、 その直後に位置する第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの前身頃 1 6が重なり、 さらに、 第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの後身 頃 1 7にその直後に位置する第 1のおむつ 1 O Aの前身頃 1 6 が重なっている。
この収納形態では、 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数と第 2のおむ つ 1 0 Bの個数とが等しいので、 列 Gの上方と下方とにおける 前後方向の厚み寸法に差が生じるこ とはない。 この収納形態で は、 おむつ 1 0の股下端部 1 9の両側がおむつ 1 0の内側へ向 かって折り込まれる とともに、 おむつ 1 0の胴周り側部 2 0が おむつ 1 0の内側へ向かって折り込まれているので、 図 3のお むつ 1 0 と比較し、おむつを一層コンパク トにすることができ、 パッケージ 1 Bにおけるおむつの収納効率をさらに向上させる ことができる。 ，
この収納形態では、 列 Gの上方と下方とにおいておむつ 1 0 どう しの間に隙間が生じることはないので、 多数のパッケージ 1 Bを上下方向に積み重ねたときの安定性が良く、 重ねられた 状態にあるパッケージ 1 Bが不用意に崩れてしまうことがない。 この収納形態では、 列 Gにおいて第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aと第 2の おむつ 1 0 B とが前後方向へ隙間なく重なっているので、 おむ つ 1 0の胴周り端部 1 8が折れ曲がり難く、 上段のおむつ 1 0 の列 Gが下段のおむつ 1 0の胴周り端部 1 8を押し潰してしま うことはない。
図 8 , 9は、 側面を破断した状態で示す他の収納形態のパッ ケージ 1 C , 1 Dの側面図である o それら図では、 前後方向前 方を矢印 Y 1 刖後方向後方を矢印 Y 2で示し、 上下方向を矢 印 Zで示す。
パッケージ 1 C， 1 Dは、 図 1 のそれと同様に、 可撓性を有 するシー トから形成され、 隣接する面が略直角に交差する六面 体のものであり、 前後方向へ長い略直方体を呈する。 おむつ 1 0は、 図 1のそれと同様のパンヅ型の使い捨ておむつ 1 0であ る。 ノ ッケージ 1 C， 1 Dには、 股下端部 1 9の両側が第 1折 曲線 3 0を介して折曲され、 股下端部 1 9の両側がおむつ 1 0 の内側へ向かって折り込まれた図 3 と同様のおむつ 1 0、 また は、 股下端部 1 9 の両側がおむつ 1 0の内側へ向かって折り込 まれるとともに、 おむつ 1 0の胴周り側部 2 0が第 2折曲線 3 2 を介して折曲され、 胴周り側部 2 0がおむつ 1 0の内側へ向 かって折り込まれた図 6 と同様のおむつ 1 0のうちのいずれか 一方が収納されている o
図 8の収納形態では、 前後方向 （一方向） へ重なる 1 1個の おむつ 1 0からなる 1つの列 Gがパッケージ 1 Cに収納されて いる。 列 Gは、 5個の第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aと 6個の第 2のおむ つ 1 0 Bとから形成されている。 列では、 5個の第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aがパッケージ 1 Cの第 1側面 2 cから前後方向中央に向 かってひとつながり に並び、 6個の第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bがパヅ ケージ 1 Cの前後方向中央から第 2側面 2 dに向かってひとつ ながりに並んでいる。 それらおむつ 1 0は、 第 1および第 2側 面 2 c , 2 d間に前後方向へ圧縮された状態で稠密に収納され ている。 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aは、 胴周り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対してパッケージ 1 Cの頂面 2 aの側に位置し、 第 2のお むつ 1 0 Bは、 胴周 り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対してノ ッケ —ジ 1 Cの底面 2 bの側に位置している。
第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aどう しは、 パッケージ 1 Cの第 1側面 2 cから前後方向中央に向かって、おむつ 1 0 Aの後身頃 1 7 に、 その直後に位置するおむつ 1 O Aの前身頃 1 6が重なり、 さら に、 おむつ 1 0 Aの後身頃 1 7 に、 その直後に位置するおむつ 1 O Aの前身頃 1 6が重なっている。 第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bどう しは、 パッケージ 1 Cの前後方向中央から第 2側面 2 dに向か つて、 おむつ 1 0 Bの後身頃 1 7 に、 その直後に位置するおむ つ 1 0 Bの前身頃 1 6が重なり、 さ らに、 おむつ .1 0 Bの後身 頃 1 7に、 その直後に位置するおむつ 1 0 Bの前身頃 1 6が重 なっている。
図 8の収納形態では、 列 Gにおける第 2のおむつ 1 0 Bの個 数が第 1のおむつ 1' O Aの個数よ り も 1つ多い。 しかし、 この 収納形態では、 パッケージ 1 Cの頂面 2 aの側における列 Gの 前後方向の厚み寸法とパッケージ 1 Cの底面 2 bの側における 列 Gの前後方向の厚み寸法に実質的に差が生じることはなく、 列 Gの上方と下方とでおむつ 1 0 どう しの間に隙間が生じるこ とはないので、 パッケージ 1 Cにおけるおむつ 1 0の収納効率 を向上させることができる。 また、 この収納形態では、 多数の パッケージ 1 Cを上下方向に積み重ねたときの安定性が良く、 重ねられた状態にあるパッケージ 1 Cが不用意に崩れてしまう とはない。
図 9の収納形態では、 前後方向 （一方向） へ重なる 1 8個の おむつ 1 0からなる 1つの列 Gがパッケージ 1 Dに収納されて いる 。 列 Gは、 9個の第 1のおむつ 1 O Aと 9個の第 2のおむ
1 0 B とから形成されている。 列では、 第 1のおむつ 1 O A が 3個づっ前後方向へひとつながり に並び、 第 2のおむつ 1 0
Bが 3個づっ前後方向へひとつながりに並んでいる。列 Gでは、
3個一組の第 1のおむつ 1 O Aと 3個一組の第 2のおむつ 1 0
B とが前後方向へ交互に重なり合つている。 それらおむつ 1 0 は 第 1および第 2側面 2 c , 2 d間に前後方向へ圧縮された 状 で稠密に収納されている。
第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aは、 胴周 り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対 してパ ヅケージ 1 Dの頂面 2 aの側に位置している。 第 2のお むつ 1 0 Bは、 胴周 り端部 1 8が股下端部 1 9 に対してパッケ 一ジ 1 Dの底面 2 bの側に位置している。 3個一組の第 1のお むゥ 1 0 Aどう しは、 前方に位置するおむつ 1 0 Aの後身頃 1

2のおむつ 1 0 Bの前身頃 1 6 とが重なっている。
図 9の収納形態では、 第 1のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数と第 2のお むつ 1 0 Bの個数とが等しいので、 パッケージ 1 Dの頂面 2 a の側における列 Gの前後方向の厚み寸法とパッケージ 1 Dの底 面 2 bの側における列 Gの前後方向の厚み寸法とに差が生じる こ とはない。 この収納形態では、 列 Gの上方と下方とでおむつ 1 0 どう しの間に隙間が生じるこ とはな く、 パッケージ 1 Dに おけるおむつ 1 0の収納効率を向上させるこ とができる。また、 この収納形態では、 多数のパッケージ 1 Dを上下方向に積み重 ねたときの安定性が良く、 重ねられた状態にあるパッケージ 1 Dが不用意に崩れて しまう こ とがない。
図 9 の収納形態では、 4個以上の第 1 のおむつ 1 0 Aがー組 となる とともに、 4個以上の第 2 のおむつ 1 0 Bが一組となつ た状態で、 第 1 のおむつ 1 0 Aの組と第 2 のおむつ 1 0 Bの組 とが前後方向へ交互に重な り合つていてもよい。
それら図示の収納形態では、 列 Gにおける第 1 のおむつ 1 0 Aの個数に対する第 2 のおむつ 1 0 Bの個数の差分が 0 ~ ± 3 個の範囲にあるこ とが好ま しい。 それら収納形態ではヽ おむつ
1 0の列 Gが上下方向へ 3つ以上重なる と ともに、 列 Gが横方 向へ 3つ以上並んだ状態で収納されていてもよい。 また 、 それ らパッケージ 1 A , 1 B , 1 C , 1 Dの内部に収納されるおむ が着用時に前後身頃 1 6 , 1 7の胴周 り側部 2 0 を連結する ォープン型のものであっても よい 。 なお、 ノ、"ヅケージ 1 A , 1
B , 1 C , 1 Dの内部に収納されるおむつ 1 0の個数に特に限 定はない。
また、 それら図示のパッケージ 1 A， 1 B , 1 C , 1 Dでは、 第 1側面 2 c を正面と して第 1側面 2 cから第 2側面 2 dへ向 かう方向を前後方向と しているが 、 第 3側面 2 e を正面と して 第 3側面 2 eから第 4側面 2 へ向かう方向を前後方向と し、 第 1側面 2 cから第 2側面 2 dへ向かう方向を横方向とするこ ともできる。 この場合は、 おむつ 1 0が第 3側面 2 eから第 4 側面 2 f へ向かって重な り合い、 第 3側面 2 e と第 4側面 2 f との間に重なるおむつ 1 0から列 Gが構成され *Q 0 また、 図示 のパッケージ 1 A , 1 B ; , 1 C , 1 Dでは、 頂面 2 aが第 1面、 底面 2 bが第 2面とされ 、 第 1 〜第 4側面 2 C , 2 d , 2 Θ ,
2 f がそれそれ第 3 〜第 6面とされたが、 第 1面を第 1側面 2 c 、 第 2面を第 2側面 2 d と し、 第 3〜第 6面をそれそれ頂面
2 a、 底面 2 b、 第 3側面 2 e、 第 4側面 2 f と しても よい。 この場合は、 おむつ 1 0力 s頂、 H 2 a力 ら底面 2 bへ向かって重 な り合い、 頂面 2 a と底面 2 b との間に重なるおむつ 1 0から 列 Gが構成される。
ノ ッケージ 1 A , 1 B , 1 C , 1 Dには、 通気不透液性のプ ラスチックフ ィルム、 通気不透液性の繊維不織布のいずれかを 使用することができる。
透液性シー ト 1 3 には、 親水性繊維不織布、 多数の開孔を有 する疎水性繊維不織布、 微細な多数の開孔を有するプラスチッ クフ ィルムのいずれかを使用するこ とができる。 不透液性シ一 ト 1 4 には、 疎水性繊維不織布、 通気不透液性プラスチックフ ィルム、疎水性繊維不織布どう しをラ ミネー ト した複合不織布、 疎水性繊維不織布と通気不透液性プラスチックフィルム とをラ ミネ一 ト した複合シー 卜のいずれかを使用するこ とができる。 '外装シ一 ト 1 2 には、 疎水性繊維不織布どう しをラ ミネー ト し た複合不織布を使用することもできる。
不織布には、 スパンレース、 ニー ドルパンチ、 メル ト ブロー ン、 サーマルボン ド、 スノ ンボン ド、 ケミ カルボン ド、 エアー スルー、 の各製法によ り製造されたものを使用するこ とができ る。 不織布の構成繊維には、 ポリオレフ イ ン系、 ポリエステル 系、 ポリ アミ ド系、 の各繊維、 ポリ エチレン/ポ リ プロ ピレン やポリエチレン/ポ リエステルからなる芯鞘型複合繊維または 並列型複合繊維を使用するこ とができる。
コア 1 5 は、 フ ラ ヅ フパルプと高吸収性ポリマ一粒子との混 合物、 または、 フ ラ ッ フパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子と熱可 塑性合成樹脂繊維との混合物であ り、 所定の厚みに圧縮されて いる。 コア 1 5 は、 それの型崩れやポ リマー粒子の脱落を防止 するため、 全体がティ ッシュぺ一パーや親水性繊維不織布等の 透液性シー トに包被されているこ とが好ま しい。 ポリマー粒子 と しては、 デンプン系、 セルロース系、 合成ポリマー系のもの を使用することができる。
シー ト 1 3 , 1 4 どう しの固着やシー ト 1 3 ， 1 4 に対する コア 1 5 .の固着、 シー ト 1 3 , 1 4 に対する弾性部材 2 9 bの 固着には、 ホッ トメル ト型接着剤、 または、 ヒー トシ一ルゃソ ニックシール等の熱による溶着手段を利用することができる。 本発明にかかるおむつ収納形態では、 股下端部の両側をおむ つの内側へ向かって折り込んだ第 1 および第 2 のおむつがパッ ケージ内部の対向面間に稠密に収納され、 略同数の第 1 および 第 2 のおむつが一方向へ重な り合って列を形成している。 この 収納形態では、 胴周 り端部とそれを除く残余の部位との厚み寸 法が異なる多数のおむつをパッケージの一方向長さの限度まで 詰めたと しても、 列の上方と下方とでおむつどう しの間に隙間 が生じるこ とはな く、 パッケージにおけるおむつの収納効率を 向上させることができる。
この収納形態では、 列の上方と下方とにおいておむつどう し の間に隙間が生じる こ とはないので、 多数のパッケージを上下 方向に積み重ねたときの安定性が良く、 重ねられた状態にある パッケージが不用意に崩れて しまう ことがない。 の収納形態では、 1のおむつと第 2のおむつとが前後方 向へ隙間なく重なつているので、 おむつの胴周り端部が折れ曲 がり難く、 ノ ヅ ケ一ジの内部においておむつの列を上下方向へ
2つ以上に重ねたとしても、 上段のおむつの列が下段のおむつ の胴周り端部を押し潰してしまう こ とはなく、 おむつの胴周り 端部に不規則な多数の皺が形成されることを防ぐことができる o 第 1および第 2のおむつが股下端部の両側のみならず胴周り 側部をおむつの内側へ向かって折り込んだ収納形態では、 それ らおむつをよ りコンパク 卜にすることができ、 ノ ッケージにお けるおむつの収納効率を一層向上させることができる。
第 1のおむつの個数に対する第 2 のおむつの個数の差分が ± 3個以内にある収納形態では、 列における第 1のおむつの個数 と第 2のおむつの個数とが異なっていたとしても、 列の上方と 下方とにおける厚み寸法に実質的に差が生じることはなく、 第 1および第 2のおむつの個数が等しい場合と同様の効果を得る ことができる。
