Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, eine Vorrichtung und ein Computerprogramm-Produkt zur Ermittlung von Auswirkungen, die Durchlaufzeit-Begrenzungen für Teilprozesse eines Fertigungsprozesses auf Qualitätsparameter des Fertigungsprozesses haben. Für mindestens einen Teilprozess eines seriellen Fertigungsprozesses wird eine Beschränkung (240.2) der Soll-Durchlaufzeit vorgegeben, ausserdem wird eine Soll-Durchlaufzeit durch den gesamten Fertigungsprozess vorgegeben. Die Erfindung lehrt, wie mit Hilfe einer Stichprobe zwei Kennziffern des Fertigungsprozesses automatisch bestimmt werden, die aus der Durchlaufzeit-Begrenzung für den mindestens einen Teilprozess resultieren: der Termintreuegrad (TTG) und die durchschnittliche Lagerungs-Zeitspanne. Letztere ist bei konstantem Durchsatz proportional zum durchschnittlichen Lagerbestand mit fertiggestellten Produkten. Das Verfahren lässt sich insbesondere dazu verwenden, die Auswirkungen von unterschiedlichen Durchlaufzeit-Beschränkungen für verschiedene Teilprozesse vorab zu erproben.
