Abstract

A structure (300) comprising a first electrode (304), a second electrode (305), a shielding electrode (307) provides improved energy conditioning when used in electrical circuits. The structures (300) may exist as discrete components, as part of an interposer or a first level interconnects (40, 50), or a part of an integrated circuit (20).
