Abstract

 真空排気系の設備の小型化とこれによるコスト低減並びに真空排気時間の短縮のための真空排気系の配管の小口径化に対応し、ガスの分解に起因する解離生成物の堆積による内部の腐食や詰まり、シートリーク等を防止できるようにしたバルブを提供するものである。 具体的には、アルミ不働態を真空排気系に使用されるバルブ等の配管部品に使用して、ベーキングの際の温度上昇によるガスの分解を抑制することにより、真空排気系の小口径化に適した部品、特にガスの分解により生ずる生成物の堆積により腐食や詰まり、シートリーク等が生じないようにする。
