下面再通过一个具体的短信增值业务示例来说明现有技术。 例如, 某个电视互动节目为用户提供短信参与的服务业务, 该业务对应的应用 服务器对应三个号码: 96666、 86666和 56666, 分别对应于不同的运营 商, 例如为运营商 1、 运营商 2和运营商 3; 当与运营商 1签约的某个用户 想参与该服务业务时, 需要记忆其对应的服务号码, 即 96666, 然后编 辑短信, 在完成短信编辑后, 终端将接收方号码为 96666的短信发送给 短信中心; 短信中心接收到该短信后, 将该短信中的信息直接, 或通过 短信网关发送给 96666对应的应用服务器; 此后应用服务器对接收到的 短信确定对应的业务处理逻辑, 并进行业务处理。
由于现有的短信增值业务多种多样, 每个具体的短信增值业务对应 的服务号码也不相同, 因此如果一个用户想要参与多个短信增值业务, 就必须记忆这多个短信增值业务的号码。 由于号码是不形象的一组数 字, 增加了记忆难度, 而用户在参与多个短信增值业务后, 需要记忆每 个参与的短信增值业务的号码, 降低了短信增值业务对用户的易用性和 吸引力。
此外, 短信增值业务的提供商必须要向运营商申请服务号码后, 才 能够开展短信增值业务。 由于号码资源有限, ί艮多企业或事业单位都不 能够申请到服务号码, 限制了短信增值业务的发展和覆盖范围。 发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明的笫一个主要目的在于提供一种短信网址装置, 能够使用户不需记忆多个烦瑣难记的服务号码就能够获取多种短信增 值业务的服务, 提高短信增值业务对用户的易用性和吸引力。
本发明的第二个主要目的在于提供一种实现短信增值业务的系统, 能够使用户不需记忆多个烦瑣难记的服务号码就能够获取多种短信增 值业务的服务, 提高短信增值业务对用户的易用性和吸引力。
本发明的第三个主要目的在于提供一种实现短信增值业务的方法, 能够使用户不需记忆多个烦瑣难记的服务号码就能够获取多种短信增 值业务的服务, 提高短信增值业务对用户的易用性和吸引力。
为了达到上述目的的第一个方面, 本发明提供了一种短信网址装 置, 该短信网址装置中包括: 短信网址分析单元, 用于接收来自短信中心的信息, 根据所接收的 信息确定对应的短信网址和应用服务器地址, 或进一步确定对应的服务 选项信息, 并将所确定的信息和所接收的信息发送给网址访问管理单 元;
网址访问管理单元, 用于接收来自短信网址分析单元发送的信息, 并根据接收信息中的应用服务器地址将所接收的信息发送给应用服务 器。

所述的处理结果信息可以为:短信、多媒体消息或 WAP PUSH短信。 从以上方案可以看出, 本发明中, 在短信中心设置短信增值业务通 用号码, 并在实现短信增值业务的系统中增加短信网址装置, 短信中心 接收到接收方为其中设置的短信增值业务通用号码的短信后, 将该短信 发送给短信网址装置, 短信网址装置才艮据接收的短信确定对应的应用服 务器, 从而使用户不必记忆多个烦瑣的服务号码就能够享受到多个短信 增值业务的服务,提高了短信增值业务对用户的易用性和吸引力;并且, 由于采用了短信增值业务通用号码, 解决了服务号码的资源问题, 使开 展短信增值业务的内容提供商可以很容易地向用户提供短信增值业务。
此外 , 本发明中通过在短信网址装置中对终端对应用服务器的访问 进行记录, 当短信网址装置接收到的信息中不包括应用服务器的信息 后, 则根据该信息对应终端的访问记录, 确定对应的应用服务器, 从而 用户可以不必每次都在短信中编辑所要访问的应用服务器的相关信息, 进一步为用户提供了方便, 增加了短信增值业务的易用性和吸引力。 附图简要说明 图 1为现有技术中一种短信增值业务的系统组成图;

本发明的主要思想是, 在短信中心中为短信增值业务设置一个通用 号码, 当短信中心接收到接收方为该通用号码的短信后, 根据短信内容 确定对应的应用服务器, 并将该消息中的信息发送给所确定出的应用服 务器, 然后应用服务器根据接收的信息确定业务处理方式, 并对该信息 进行处理。 本发明可以应用在移动通信网络或固定通信网络之中。
上述根据短信内容确定对应的应用服务器可以是由短信中心中增 加的短信网址装置来实现, 也可以是由单独设置的短信网址装置来实 现。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明第一实施例的系统如图 3所示, 包括终端 101、 短信中心 300 和应用服务器 103。
其中, 终端 101用于生成接收方号码为短信增值业务通用号码及内 容中包括短信网址相关信息的短信, 然后将该短信发送给短信中心 300。 短信网址是指某项具体短信增值业务服务内容对应的标识, 不同的短信 网址分别对应相应的短信增值业务服务内容, 该标识通常为文字形式, 例如 A公司、 B公司、 C公司等, 也可以是数字如 119、 120等。 短信网址 经注册后, 存储在短信网址装置中, 短信网址相关信息可以是准确的已 注册的短信网址, 也可以是模糊的信息如今天天气, 某公司筒介等。 在 用户编辑的短信内容中还可以包括服务选项信息, 如短信内容为: 短信 网址月艮务选项 1 服务选项 2。
短信中心 300用于接收来自终端 101的短信, 并在识别出短信的接收 方为短信增值业务通用号码后, 根据短信内容确定对应的应用服务器, 并将接收的短信中的信息发送给所确定的应用服务器。 短信中心 300中 具体包括:
信令接入单元 301 , 用于短信中心与移动交换中心 (MSC ) 、 归属 位置寄存器(HLR )等网络设备进行信令交互, 完成终端与短信中心之 间信息交互必需的信令接入, 以及将信令转化为内部格式的信息后, 发 送给短信调度单元 302。
短信调度单元 302, 用于进行短信的调度以及短信的存储和转发, 并对来自信令接入单元 301的信息中接收方号码是否为其中预先设置的 短信增值业务通用号码进行判断, 如果是, 则将其所接收的信息发送给 短信网址装置 303。 由于在判断出接收方号码是短信增值业务的通用号 码后, 该接收方号码就没有其他用途, 所以短信调度单元 302向短信网 址装置 303发送的信息, 可以是其接收的短信中除接收方号码外的其他 信息内容。
短信网址装置 303 , 用于根据短信调度单元 302向其发送的信息中的 短信内容确定对应的短信网址, 再根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务 器地址, 并将确定出的短信网址和其所接收到的信息通过短信网址访问 在短信网址装置 303中, 预先存储短信网址注册信息, 即短信网址 和应用服务器地址的对应关系信息, 该信息可以如表 1所示。 则短信网 址装置在接收到来自短信中心的信息后, 判断其中的短信内容中是否包 括表 1中的短信网址, 如果是则根据该短信网址索引出对应的应用服务 器地址。

在短信网址装置 303中设置了终端对短信网址的访问记录后, 终端 101在连续发送短信获取同一个短信网址提供的服务内容时 , 可以只在 第一次发送短信时, 在短信内容中包括短信网址相关信息, 后续发送短 信时, 只在短信内容中包括该短信网址对应的服务选项信息即可。 则短 信网址装置 303在接收到短信调度单元 302发送的信息后, 判断该信息的 短信内容中是否包括短信网址相关信息, 如果不包括, 则查询是否有该 终端对短信网址的访问记录, 如果有, 则获取该终端最近一次访问的短 信网址, 然后根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址, 并将获取的 短信网址和所接收的信息发送给所确定的应用服务器地址对应的应用 服务器; 否则, 如果没有, 则通过短信中心向终端返回错误信息; 如果 包括短信网址相关信息, 则根据该短信网址相关信息获取短信网址对应 的应用服务器地址。
此外, 短信网址装置 303还可以根据接收的短信内容确定对应的服 务选项。 例如, 终端发送的短信内容为: A公司 1 , 则短信网址装置首 先才艮据 A公司确定对应的短信网址, ¾殳就是 A公司, 并才艮据 A公司这个 短信网址确定了对应的应用服务器地址, 假设为 10.10.10.102, 然后又确 定出在短信中包括空格, 空格后为数字, 则将空格后的数字作为服务选 项信息, 然后将短信网址为 A公司, 服务选项为 1的信息发送给根据 A公 司这个短信网址确定的应用服务器 10.10.10.102。
应用服务器 103用于接收来自短信网址装置 303的信息, 根据接收的 短信网址访问请求消息中的信息确定对应的业务处理逻辑, 并根据该处 理逻辑对业务进行处理。 一个应用服务器可以对应一个或多个短信网 址。
由于来自短信网址装置 303的短信网址访问请求消息中包括短信网 址信息, 或进一步包括服务选项信息, 则应用服务器根据该短信网址信 息, 或者短信网址信息和服务选项信息确定对应的业务处理逻辑和对应 的子处理逻辑, 并根据确定的处理逻辑和接收的信息进行业务处理, 在 业务处理后, 如果生成了给终端的处理结果信息, 则将该处理结果信息 通过短信中心 300返回给终端。
在通过短信中心 300向终端 101返回处理结果信息时, 应用服务器可 以生成包括处理结果信息的短信, 发送给短信中心 300中的短信调度单 元 302, 然后短信调度单元 302将信息转发给信令接入单元 301 , 由信令 接入单元 301将该短信, 发送给对应的终端。 这部分技术的具体实现与 现有技术相同, 下面仅通过一个示例进行筒要说明。 此外, 在通过短信 中心 300向终端 101返回处理结果信息时, 应用服务器还可以将处理结果 信息发送给短信网址装置, 由短信网址装置生成对应的短信发送给短信 调度单元 302, 然后在通过信令接入单元 301发送给对应的终端。
针对上述系统, 实现短信增值业务的流程如图 4所示, 具体步骤如 下:
步驟 401、 终端向短信中心发送接收方号码为短信增值业务通用号 码的短信, 在该短信中包括终端所要访问短信网址的相关信息。
步骤 402、 短信中心的信令接入单元在接收到所述短信后, 进行格 式转换后, 将转换后的信息发送给短信调度单元。 步骤 403、 短信调度单元根据接收的来自信令接入单元的信息, 判 断出该短信的接收方号码为短信增值业务通用号码后, 将所接收的信息 转发给短信网址装置。
步棟 404、 短信网址装置在接收到短信调度单元发送的信息后, 根 据该信息中的短信内容和其中预先存储的短信网址注册信息确定对应 的短信网址, 并根据短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址, 还可以根据 短信内容确定对应的服务选项, 然后将确定出的短信网址和其所接收的 信息, 或进一步包括服务选项信息, 通过短信网址访问请求消息发送给 所确定的应用服务器地址对应的应用服务器。
由于终端用户在编辑短信内容时, 可能提供的并非准确的短信网 址, 则短信网址装置在判断短信内容中是否包括短信网址注册信息中的 短信网址时, 可以通过文字匹配方法来进行。 具体的匹配方法可以为选 择与短信内容连续单字重合最多的短信网址作为对应的短信网址, 例 如, 短信网址接收到的信息中, 短信内容为: 天气怎样, 再根据该内容 查询短信网址的注册信息时, 找到可能匹配的短信网址包括: 天气预报 和天然气, 由于天气预报与该短信内容的连续单字重合的字数为 2个, 而天然气则为 1个, 所以短信网址装置将短信网址为天气预艮作为短信 网址, 并将该短信网址包括在短信网址访问请求消息发送给该天气预报 短信网址对应的应用服务器。
而如果确定的与短信内容连续单字重合最多的短信网址有多个, 则 短信网址装置可以根据终端对短信网址的访问记录, 从中查找终端最近 所访问的上述多个短信网址中的一个作为最终确定的短信网址; 也可以 根据其中预先记录的短信网址访问量, 从中选择上述多个短信网址中访 问量最大的作为最终确定的短信网址, 这是因为访问量最大的短信网址 通常就是用户希望访问的短信网址。 如果终端提供的并非准确的短信网址, 短信网址装置还可以才艮据预 定规则向终端返回相关的一个或多个短信网址。 如终端发送的短信内容 为天气, 短信网址装置没有检索到为天气的短信网址, 但是检索到了有 包含天气的今日天气和明日天气两个短信网址, 则短信网址装置经短信 中心向终端返回内容为 "天气还没有被注册为短信网址, 您可以访问今 曰天气和明日天气" 的短信。 上述的预定规则可以是上面描述的简单包 含规则, 也可以建立短信网址与非短信网址的关键词的对应关系, 如果 短信网址装置不能 居短信内容精确确定短信网址时, 则通过上述对应 关系确定相关的短信网址, 即根据短信内容或其中的关键词检索上述对 应关系确定对应的相关短信网址, 如短信网址装置中记录的短信网址天 气预报对应的关键词为天气, 气象, 气温, 则当收到短信内容为上述关 键词其中任一个如气温时, 则根据对应关系确定相关的短信网址为天气 预报。
当短信网址装置向终端返回包含相关短信网址的内容时, 为了进一 步使用户更加方便, 不必用户再次输入完整的短信网址, 只需通过输入
1 , 2, a, b之类的数字或字母选项代码即可访问短信网址, 则短信网址 装置保存该终端的本次访问信息记录, 包括终端号码, 相关短信网址与 对应的选项, 访问时间等, 并向终端返回包含选项信息的短信内容, 如 "天气还没有被注册为短信网址,您可以访问 1 今日天气 2明日天气" , 则当短信网址装置收到终端的仅包含数字或字母选项的短信内容时, 检 索上述访问信息记录, 确定该终端最新一次访问信息中记载的短信内容 中选项对应的短信网址, 然后将短信网址访问请求消息发送给该短信网 址对应的应用服务器。
步骤 405、 应用服务器在接收到来自短信网址装置的短信网址访问 请求消息后, 才艮据其中的短信网址确定对应的业务处理逻辑, 再才艮据所 确定的业务处理逻辑和短信中的内容进行业务处理。 如果本步骤中应用 服务器接收的短信网址访问请求中还进一步包括服务选项信息, 则在根 据短信网址确定对应的业务处理逻辑后, 还根据服务选项信息确定对应 的子处理逻辑。
本步骤中, 在短信网址对应的服务选项有多层时, 应用服务器可以 采用会话的方式对短信网址的访问进行控制 , 从而在对下层服务选项进 行处理时, 可以直接利用原先确定的上层服务选项, 以节约应用服务器 的处理流程。 如图 4a所示, 在步骤 4051 , 应用服务器在接收到来自短信 网址装置的信息后, 首先根据该信息中的终端信息判断是否已经为该终 端建立了对应的会话, 如果没有, 则执行步骤 4052, 为该信息对应的终 端在内存中新建一个会话, 会话内容包括: 会话标识、 终端信息、 创建 时间和短信网址, 或者还进一步包括服务选项信息和最终访问时间, 然 后执行步骤 4056; 如果是, 执行步骤 4053 , 应用服务器判断来自短信网 址装置的信息中的短信网址是否与已经为该终端建立的会话中的短信 网址信息一致, 如果不一致, 在步骤 4054, 应用服务器将该会话中的短 信网址更新为该后接收的信息中包括的短信网址, 如果接收的信息中包 括服务选项, 则还将会话中的服务选项更新为所接收的服务选项, 并将 最终访问时间更新为当前时间, 此外, 也可以删除原来的会话并建立包 括该后接收的信息中短信网址和服务选项的会话, 然后执行步骤 4056; 如果一致, 在步驟 4055, 如果接收的信息中包括服务选项信息, 则将服 务选项信息作为当前会话中服务选项的子服务选项添加到会话内的服 务选项信息中, 并将最终访问时间更新为当前时间, 如果不包括服务选 项信息, 则只将最终访问时间更新为当前时间, 然后执行步骤 4056。 在 步骤 4056 , 应用服务器根据该会话中的短信网址和服务选项确定对应的 业务处理逻辑, 并才艮据确定的业务处理逻辑和短信中的内容进行业务处 理。
在本步驟中还可以在每个会话的最终访问时间距离当前时间达到 了预先设定的会话生存时间后删除该会话。
在本步骤中, 根据确定的处理逻辑进行处理可能是只在应用服务器 中进行处理, 而不向终端返回处理结果信息, 这样就该短信增值业务到 步骤 405就结束了。 此外, 根据业务处理逻辑进行处理也可能是应用服 务器在处理后生成向终端返回的信息, 则在步骤 405后, 还进一步包括 步骤 406。
步骤 406、 应用服务器将生成的处理结果信息返回给终端。
在本实施例中, 应用服务器生成返回的处理结果信息后, 可以将生 成的处理结果信息直接发送给短信中心内的短信调度单元, 然后再通过 信令接入单元发送给终端。 也可以是将生成的处理结果信息先发送给短 信网址装置, 由短信网址装置转发给短信调度单元, 然后再通过信令接 入单元发送给终端。
在应用服务器通过短信网址装置向短信调度单元转发信息的情况 下, 短信网址装置还可以对短信网址业务进行控制和管理, 如可以通过 在短信网址装置中预先设置过滤关键字, 即短信网址装置在接收到应用 服务器发送的信息后, 判断该信息中是否包括过滤关键字, 如果是则丢 弃该消息, 不将该消息发送给终端。
以上是对本发明第一实施例的说明, 在该实施例中短信网址装置设 置在短信中心内部, 这样就要求对短信中心进行较大的改动。 为了减少 对短信中心的改动, 在本发明的第二实施例中, 短信网址装置作为独立 的设备进行设置, 下面对其进行说明。
本发明第二实施例的系统图如图 5所示, 其中与第一实施例不同的 是, 在短信中心 500内包括短信调度单元 501和信令接入单元 502, 而不 包括短信网址装置, 两者的作用与第一实施例中基本相同, 其中短信调 度单元 501在识别出来自信令接入单元 502的信息中, 接收方号码对短信 增值业务通用号码后, 将接收到的信息发送给短信网址装置 510中的短 信网址分析单元 511。
此外, 在本实施例中, 增加了独立的短信网址装置 510, 其包括短 信网址分析单元 511、 短信网址数据库 512和网址访问管理单元 513。 本 发明第一实施例中的短信网址装置的内部组成, 也可以与本实施例中短 信网址装置的内部组成相同。
其中, 短信网址数据库 512用于存储短信网址的注册信息和短信网 址访问记录等信息。 短信网址分析单元 511用于接收来自短信中心 500内 短信调度单元 501的信息, 并根据该信息中的短信内容和短信网址的注 册信息确定对应的短信网址以及应用服务器地址, 然后将确定的短信网 址和应用服务器的地址和接收到的来自短信调度单元 501中的信息, 或 进一步包括确定的服务选项信息, 传送给网址访问管理单元 513。 网址 访问管理单元 513用于根据来自短信网址分析单元 511信息中的应用服 务器地址, 将短信网址信息, 以及接收到的来自短信调度单元 501的信 息, 或进一步包括的服务选项信息通过短信网址访问请求消息发送给对 应的应用服务器 103。
本实施例中应用服务器 103在接收到来自短信网址装置 510中网址 访问管理单元 513的短信网址访问请求消息后, 进行处理的方法与第一 实施例中相同, 这里不再详细说明。 另外, 在本实施例中, 应用服务器 103生成的处理结果信息可以直接通过短信中心 500内的短信调度单元 外部接口发送给短信调度单元 501 , 再通过信令接入单元 502发送给终 端, 这部分技术与现有技术中向终端返回处理结果信息的方法相同; 也 可以是通过短信网址装置 510中网址访问管理单元 513、 短信网址分析单 元 511发送给短信中心 500内的短信调度单元 501 , 再通过信令接入单元 502发送给终端 101。
另外, 在本实施例中, 短信网址装置还可以将对短信网址的访问进 行记录, 记录信息包括访问者标识, 短信网址, 访问时间等。 如图 5a所 示, 在短信网址装置中增加访问记录分析单元 514, 短信网址解析单元 511在收到来自短信调度单元或应用服务器的信息时, 将其中的记录信 息发送给记录分析单元, 记录分析单元保存记录信息, 并通过访问记录 信息进行统计分析, 如可以对一定时间内某个短信网址的访问量进行统 计分析。 为了区别来自短信调度单元和来自应用服务器的两种信息流向 类型, 即终端向应用服务器还是应用服务器向终端, 在记录信息中还可 以包括信息流向类型, 用来记录信息流向, 这样就可以实现对不同流向 的消息进行分别统计分析。
本实施例的流程如图 6所示, 其中步骤 601和步骤 602与图 4中的步骤 401和步骤 402相同, 本实施例中在步骤 602后, 执行步骤 603: 短信调度 单元根据信令接入单元发送给其的信息 , 判断出该短信的接收方号码为 短信增值业务通用号码后, 将所接收的信息转发给短信网址装置中的短 信网址分析单元。
在步驟 604、 短信网址分析单元接收到来自短信中心内短信调度单 元的信息后, 据该信息中的短信内容和短信网址的注册信息确定对应 的短信网址和应用服务器地址, 然后将所确定的短信网址和应用服务器 的地址, 以及接收到的来自短信调度单元中的信息传送给网址访问管理 单元。 本步骤中, 短信网址分析单元还可以进一步才艮据短信内容确定对 应的服务选项, 并将确定的服务选项也发送给短信网址访问管理单元。
本步骤中, 短信网址分析单元在确定应用服务器地址时, 也可以利 用曾经根据短信网址为终端确定的应用服务器地址, 从而不必每次都查 询短信网址的注册信息。具体可以采用会话的方式来实现,如图 6a所示, 在步骤 6041 , 短信网址分析单元在接收到来自短信调度单元的信息后 , 根据该信息中的终端信息判断是否已经为该终端建立了对应的会话, 如 果没有, 则在步骤 6042, 为该信息对应的终端在内存中新建一个会话, 会话内容可以包括: 会话标识、 终端信息、 创建时间和最终访问时间, 并在与短信网址数据库交互确定了短信网址、 对应的应用服务器地址以 及服务选项后, 将这些内容增加到该会话中, 然后再向网址访问管理单 元发送信息; 如果有, 在步驟 6043, 短信网址分析单元判断所接收的短 信内容或短信内容中第一个空格之前的内容是否与会话中保存的短信 网址相同, 如果是, 则直接执行步骤 6045; 否则, 在步骤 6044, 短信网 址分析单元根据该第一个空格之前的内容确定对应的短信网址和应用 服务器地址, 并根据第一个空格后的内容确定对应的服务选项, 用确定 出的短信网址、 应用服务器地址、 服务选项替换原为该终端建立的会话 中的相应信息, 并更新最终访问时间。 在步骤 6045, 短信网址分析单元 根据空格后的内容确定对应的服务选项, 并将会话中的短信网址、 服务 选项、 应用服务器地址和来自短信调度单元的信息发送给网址访问管理 单元。
此外, 在本步骤中还可以为每个会话设置生存时间, 则当判断出某 个会话在最终访问时间后, 经过了生存时间还没有被访问 , 就删除该会 话。
步骤 605、 网址访问管理单元根据来自短信网址分析单元信息中的 应用服务器地址, 将短信网址和接收到的来自短信调度单元的信息, 或 进一步包括的服务选项发送给对应的应用服务器。
步骤 606、 应用服务器在接收到来自短信网址装置的信息后, 根据 其中的短信网址 , 或短信网址和月 I务选项信息确定对应的业务处理逻 辑, 再根据所确定的业务处理逻辑和短信中的内容进行业务处理, 如果 处理后生成了向终端返回的信息, 则应用服务器还将生成的信息以短信 的形式返回给终端。
本步驟中应用服务器生成的处理结果信息可以直接通过短信中心 中短信调度单元的外部接口发送给短信调度单元, 再通过信令接入单元 发送给终端; 也可以是通过短信网址装置中网址访问管理单元发送给短 信中心内的短信调度单元, 再通过信令接入单元发送给终端。
同样在本实施例中, 短信网址装置中的短信网址分析单元还可以对 访问过程进行记录, 并根据访问记录信息进行统计分析, 具体实现可以 参照第一实施例进行, 这里不再详细说明。
在本发明的第三实施例中, 在短信网址装置内增加语言分析单元, 增加的语言分析单元用于确定短信网址装置所接收的短信内容的中心 词汇。 如图 7所示, 在第二实施例的基础上对本实施^进行说明。 在图 7 中, 短信网址装置 510中的短信网址分析单元 511在接收到来自短信调度 单元 513的信息后, 将其中的短信内容发送给语言分析单元 700。 语言分 析单元 700接收到短信内容后, 对短信内容进行分析确定对应的中心词 汇; 例如对于短信内容为: 明天天气怎么样, 语言分析单元 700将该短 信内 艮据词汇库分成单词: 明天、 天气和怎么样三个词汇, 根据语法 规则确定天气为中心词汇。 语言分析单元 700在确定出中心词汇后, 将 该确定出的中心词汇返回给短信网址分析单元 511, 然后短信网址分析 单元 511 居该中心词汇与短信网址数据库 512交互确定对应的短信网 址。
在本实施例中, 也可以不在短信网址装置内部设置语言分析单元, 而是将短信网址装置与外部的语言分析服务器相连接。 如图 8所示, 则 短信网址装置 510中的短信网址分析单元 511在接收到短信中心 500发送 的信息后, 将接收的信息中的短信内容发送给语言分析服务器 800; 语 言分析服务器 800在接收到短信内容后, 对该短信内容进行分析, 并将 分析的结果返回 豆信网址装置 510中的短信网址分析单元 511。
在本实施例中, 还可以在应用服务器中增加语言分析单元, 用于对 接收的信息中的短信内容进行分析。 如图 9所示, 应用服务器 900中包括 业务处理单元 901 , 用于确定业务处理逻辑, 并进行业务处理; 消息收 发单元 902, 用于对外接收和发送消息; 和语言分析单元 903。 其中, 消 息收发单元 902在接收到短信网址访问请求消息后, 将其中的短信内容 发送给语言分析单元 903进行分析, 语言分析单元 903在对短信内容进行 分析后将分析结果发送给业务处理单元 901, 业务处理单元 901再根据语 言分析单元 903返回的分析结果确定对应的业务处理逻辑并进行业务处 理。
此外 , 在本实施例中也可以不在应用服务器中增加语言分析单元, 而是单独设置用于进行语言分析的语言分析服务器, 如图 10所示。 在语 言分析服务器 1000中可以预先存储每个短信网址的服务选项对应的词 汇, 则应用服务器 103在接收到短信网址访问请求消息后, 向语言分析 服务器 1000发送语言分析任务消息, 在该消息中可以包括短信内容和分 析目的, 如分析短信网址, 或者分析服务选项, 或者是两者都分析。 此 外, 如果仅分析服务选项还应该发送对应的短信网址信息。 语言分析服 务器 1000在接收到语言分析任务后, 根据分析目的对短信内容进行分 析, 确定出对应的短信网址, 或服务选项, 或短信网址和服务选项, 然 后将确定的信息返回给应用服务器 103。 例如, 语言分析服务器接收到 的语言分析任务中的分析目的为分析服务选项, 短信内容为明天济南天 气怎么样, 对应的短信网址为天气预报, 则语言分析服务器根据自身预 先为天气预报短信网址设置的服务选项对应的词汇, 分析出的服务选项 为明天和济南 , 则将确定出的服务选项为明天和济南的信息返回给应用 服务器, 则应用服务器接收到该信息后, 根据这两个服务选项和天气预 报对应的业务处理逻辑进行处理, 并生成处理结果信息返回给终端。
语言分析服务器可以由运营商进行设置, 则运营商可以根据语言分 析服务的使用记录进行计费。
在以上实施例中, 应用服务器在接收到短信网址装置发送的信息, 并进行处理后生成的处理结果信息都是短信形式的信息。 在本发明中, 为了进一步提高短信增值业务对用户的吸引力, 应用服务器还可以生成 包括多媒体形式内容的处理结果信息,并通过多媒体消息中心或 WAP网 关将生成的包括多媒体形式内容的处理结果信息发送给终端。 下面分别 通过第三实施例和第四实施例对其进行说明。
由于本发明的第四实施例与前三个实施例的区别仅在于应用服务 器进行业务处理后生成的处理结果信息不同, 所以其系统在前述实施例 的基础上增加了多媒体消息中心。 如图 11所示, 在本实施例中应用服务 器 103还用于根据业务处理逻辑对业务处理过程中生成包括多媒体格式 内容, 如图片、 语音等的处理结果信息, 并在生成包括多媒体形式内容 的处理结果信息后, 将生成的信息包装成多媒体消息格式, 然后通过 MM7接口, 将该多媒体消息发送给多媒体消息中心 1101。 多媒体消息中 心 1101在接收到应用服务器向其发送的多媒体消息后, 将该消息转发给 终端。
在本实施例中应用服务器生成多媒体格式的处理结果信息, 由应用 服务器根据其中的具体的业务处理逻辑实现。 而具体业务处理逻辑可以 由开发人员根据不同的业务需求开发, 这里不再详细说明。 另外, 对于 通过多媒体消息中心转发多媒体消息的具体实现可以采用本领域通用 的技术。 在本发明的第五实施例中, 与第四实施例相同, 可以基于前述三个 实施例。 如图 12所示, 本实施例系统在前述第二实施例中系统的基础上 增加了 WAP网关 1201。 其中, 应用服务器 103在业务处理过程中, 生成 的向终端返回的信息为包括 WAP网页格式的处理结果信息时,将该处理 结果信息对应的统一资源定位符(U L )信息, 如包含公司简介信息的 WAP网页的 URL, 通过 WAP网关 1201以 WAP PUSH短信的形式发送给 终端。 终端在接收到该 WAP PUSH短信后, 打开该 WAP PUSH短信则终 端内置的 WAP浏览器自动通过 WAP协议访问上述 U L获取公司的筒介 信息。
在上述第四和第五实施例中, 应用服务器将生成的处理结果信息以 多媒体消息或 WAP PUSH短信的形式发送给终端。 但由于并不是所有现 有的终端都支持多媒体消息和 WAP网页浏览,所以提出了本发明的第六 实施例, 下面对其进行说明。
如图 13所示, 在本发明的第六实施例中, 应用服务器 1301在根据业 务逻辑进行业务处理过程中, 判断出需要生成处理结果信息后, 向注册 了终端能力信息的设备管理(DM )服务器 1302发送终端能力查询请求 消息, 其中包括所要查询的终端标识; DM服务器 1302在接收到应用服 务器 1301发送的终端能力查询请求消息后, 获取该消息中终端标识对应 的终端能力信息, 如终端是否支持多媒体消息、 是否支持 WAP, 以及其 支持的图片分辨率等, 并将获取的终端能力信息返回给应用服务器 1301; 应用服务器 1301在接收到 DM服务器 1302返回的终端能力信息后, 根据该能力信息确定返回的消息类型, 以及返回的消息中内容的具体参 数等, 然后向终端返回处理结果信息。 具体的确定方法可以为选择终端 能力所对应的最高格式的处理结果信息, 其中上述几种处理结果格式的 高低顺序可以为: 1、 多媒体格式, 对应的返回处理结果信息的方式为 通过多媒体消息服务器向终端发送多媒体消息; 2、 网页形式, 对应的 返回处理结果信息的方式为通过 WAP网关以 WAP PUSH短信向终端发 送 U L; 3、 文本格式, 对应的返回处理结果信息的方式为通过短信中 心向终端发送短信。 此外, 在多媒体格式中, 也可以有不同的处理结果 格式, 例如, 应用服务器中某个业务处理逻辑在对接收的信息进行处理 后, 判断需要生成处理结果信息, 该处理结果信息可以为文本格式, 也 可以图片格式, 而图片也可以有多种大小格式, 如 220*220, 100*100等, 还可以为网页格式, 在向 DM服务器请求终端能力信息后, 获取的终端 能力信息为, 该终端支持 WAP, 也支持多媒体消息, 其屏幕分辨率为 220*320 , 则该业务处理逻辑判断出终端支持的终端能力对应的最高格 式的处理结果信息为 220*220大小的图片, 则该业务处理逻辑生成包括 220*220大小的图片的多媒体消息。 本实施例中应用服务器的结构可以 与现有技术中应用服务器的结构相同, 也可以与图 9中应用服务器的结 构相同。
在本发明的第四、 第五和第六实施例中, 应用服务器在生成处理结 果信息, 并确定处理结果信息的格式后, 还可以将处理结果信息和所确 定的处理结果信息的格式发送给短信中心内的短信网址装置, 或短信网 址装置中的网址访问管理单元; 短信中心内的短信网址装置, 或短信网 址装置中的网址访问管理单元在接收到包括处理结果信息格式的处理 结果信息后, 根据该处理结果信息的格式将处理结果信息包装成对应的 消息发送给对应的服务器。 如处理结果信息的格式为短信格式, 则将处 理结果信息包装成短信发送给短信中心; 处理结果信息的格式为多媒体 消息格式, 则将处理结果信息包装成多媒体消息格式发送给多媒体消息 中心; 处理结果信息的格式为 WAP PUSH短信格式, 则将处理结果信息 包装成 WAP PUSH短信发送给短信中心。 在实际的通信系统中, 运营商通常在网络中设置短信网关, 短信中 心通过短信网关与运营商网络外部, 通常在互联网中业务提供商 SP的应 用服务器进行通信 , 短信网关为应用服务器与短信中心之间的数据交换 提供一条安全、 快捷的通道, 同时完成相应计费采集、 业务管理、 网络 管理等功能, 以下通过第七实施例对包括短信网关的实现短信增值业务 的系统和方法进行说明。
如图 14所示, 为本发明第七实施例中的系统組成, 其中包括了两个 运营商网络: A网和 B网, A网和 B网中的短信中心通过各自网络中的短 信网关 1401a和 1401b与短信网址装置 510连 #。本实施例和下面的第八实 施例中只是以系统中包括两个运营商网络作为示例来说明, 实际应用 中, 也可以包括两个以上的运营商网络, 具体实现参照两个运营商网络 的实现即可。
在本实施例中, 短信中心 500和短信网址装置 510的内部结构与第二 实施例中相同。 下面以 A网中的信息交互说明本实施例与第二实施例的 区别: 短信中心 500a中的短信调度单元 501a在识别出来自信令接入单元 502a的信息中, 接收方号码对短信增值业务通用号码后, 将接收到的短 信通过 SMPP协议发送给短信网关 1401a;短信网关 1401 a在接收到上述短 信后, 将短信中的信息内容通过 CMPP协议或 SGIP协议等转发给短信网 址装置 510中的短信网址分析单元 512。 网址访问管理单元 513才艮据短信 网址分析单元 512分析出的短信网址将短信中的信息发送给相应的应用 服务器。
本实施例中, 应用服务器在对接收到的信息进行处理后, 可以通过 短信网址装置向短信网关返回响应消息( CMPP— Deliver— Rep ) , 或直接 向短信网关返回响应消息, 通知短信网关接收到了对应终端的业务情 求, 并已进行了处理, 则短信网关在接收到该响应消息后, 可以为该次 业务产生话单。
此外, 在本实施例中, 由于涉及到了不同的运营商, 则在运营商内 部网络中采用运营商内部的协议, 而由于短信网址装置在运营商网络外 部, 所以短信网址装置与短信网关之间需要采用该运营商网络与外部网 络之间预先约定好的协议, 如 CMPP协议和 SGIP协议等。 则短信网址装 置中的短信网址分析单元还用于将接收的不同协议格式的信息转换为 自身支持的内部信息格式。
而短信网址装置与应用服务器之间则可以采用统一的接口协议, 如 HTTP协议进行。 则网址访问管理单元还用于在接收到来自短信网址分 析单元的信息后, 将该信息转换为 HTTP协议格式后, 发送给对应的应 用服务器。
本发明上述的其他各实施例中 , 也都可以设置短信网关, 短信网关 设置在短信中心和独立设置的短信网址装置之间, 或者设置在包含短信 网址装置的短信中心和应用服务器之间。
为了便于运营商对短信网址装置的管理, 还可以在每个运营商网络 内部设置短信网址装置, 下面通过第八实施例对其进行说明。 如图 15所 示,在本发明的第八实施例中,在 A网和 B网内部的短信中心和短信网关 之间分别设置短信网址装置 1501a和 1501b, 短信网址装置 1501a和 1501b 的内部结构与第二实施例中相同。
本实施例中, 运营商网络外还单独设置短信网址中央数据库 1502, 用于存储短信网址的注册信息。 短信增值业务的内容提供者在注册短信 网址时, 首先将短信网址的注册信息保存在短信网址中央数据库 1502 中, 然后短信网址中央数据库 1502再将短信网址的注册信息发送到与该 短信网址中央数据库连接的短信网址装置 1501 a和 150 lb中。
与第七实施例中相同, 本实施例中, 应用服务器在对接收到的信息 进行处理后, 也可以生成响应消息并发送给短信网关, 以通知短信网关 接收到了对应终端的业务请求, 并已进行了处理, 则短信网关在接收到 该响应消息后, 可以为该次业务产生话单。
为了提高短信增值业务的易用性和吸引力, 本发明中还可以在终端 中设置短信增值业务通用号码 , 并在终端控制面板或操作系统的菜单中 增加短信网址菜单选项, 当用户选择该选项后, 终端调用短信编辑器显 示给用户, 短信编辑器提供短信网址和服务选项的输入或选择界面, 可 以将一些常用的短信网址以及服务选项内置在终端中方便用户进行选 择操作; 并在用户完成短信编辑后, 自动将将该短信的接收方号码设置 为短信增值业务通用号码, 然后将该短信发送给短信中心。 另外终端还 可以对发送给短信增值业务通用号码的短信中设置的短信网址进行记 录, 则终端接收到短信网址访问处理结果后进行回复操作时, 终端自动 将上次输入或选择的短信网址包含在回复的短信内容中, 这样用户就不 用再次手工输入短信网址了。
此外, 本发明中还可以在短信网址装置中设置短信网址业务管理接 口, 并在短信网址装置中运行 WWW服务进程; 则运营商或短信网址的注 册者可以通过该接口向短信网址装置发送查询短信网址访问记录请求, 短信网址装置在接收到该请求后 ,将短信网址的访问记录以 WEB页面的 形式返回给对应的运营商或短信网址的注册者。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种短信网址装置, 其特征在于, 该短信网址装置中包括: 短信网址分析单元, 用于接收来自短信中心的信息, 根据所接收 的信息确定对应的短信网址和应用月良务器地址,或进一步确定对应的 服务选项信息,并将所确定的信息和所接收的信息发送给网址访问管 理单元;
网址访问管理单元, 用于接收来自短信网址分析单元发送的信 息,并根据接收信息中的应用服务器地址将所接收的信息发送给应用 服务器。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的短信网址装置, 其特征在于, 该短信 网址装置中进一步包括: 短信网址数据库, 用于存储短信网址注册信 息, 并与短信网址分析单元连接, 向短信网址分析单元提供短信网址 注册信息;
所述短信网址分析单元根据所述接收的信息和短信网址数据库 提供的短信网址注册信息确定对应的短信网址和应用服务器地址。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的短信网址装置, 其特征在于, 该 短信网址装置中进一步包括: 语言分析单元, 用于接收来自短信网址 分析单元的短信内容,对接收的短信内容进行分析确定对应的中心词 汇, 并将所确定的中心词汇发送给短信网址分析单元;
所述短信网址分析单元接收来自短信中心的信息,将该信息中的 短信内容发送给语言分析单元, 并接收来自语言分析单元的中心词 汇, 根据该中心词汇确定对应的短信网址, 或短信网址和服务选项。
4、 一种实现短信增值业务的系统, 包括: 终端, 短信中心, 应 用服务器; 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 短信网址装置;
其中,短信中心接收终端发送的接收方号码为短信中心中预先设 定的短信增值业务通用号码的短信, 并将该短信转发给短信网址装 置;
短信网址装置根据来自短信中心的短信中的信息确定对应的短 信网址,并根据短信网址和短信网址装置中预先设定的短信网址注册 信息确定对应的应用服务器,将所述短信和短信网址通过短信网址访 问请求消息发送给对应的应用服务器;
应用服务器接收所述短信网址访问请求消息, 并根据该消息中的 短信网址确定对应的业务处理逻辑,根据确定的业务处理逻辑进行业 务处理。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信网址装 置设置于短信中心中。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信网址装 置为设置在运营商网络内部或运营商网络外部的独立装置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统进一步 包括:
短信网关, 用于连接短信中心和运营商网络外部的短信网址装 置, 对短信中心和短信网址装置交互的信息进行协议转换, 并实现计 费。
8、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统中进一步包括:
短信网关, 用于连接运营商网络内部的短信网址装置和运营商网 络外部的应用服务器,对短信网址装置和应用服务器之间交互的信息 进行协议转换, 并实现计费。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统进一步 包括:
短信网址中央数据库, 用于存储所有的短信网址注册信息, 并与 各个运营商网络内部的短信网址装置连接,将短信网址注册信息发送 给所述各个运营商网络内部的短信网址装置。
10、 根据权利要求 4至 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信网 址装置中包括:
短信网址分析单元, 用于接收来自短信中心的信息, 根据所接收 的信息确定对应的短信网址和应用服务器地址,或进一步确定对应的 服务选项信息,并将所确定的信息和所接收的信息发送给网址访问管 理单元;
网址访问管理单元, 用于接收来自短信网址分析单元发送的信 息,并根据所接收信息中的应用服务器地址将所接收的信息发送给应 用服务器。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信网址 装置中进一步包括: 短信网址数据库, 用于存储短信网址注册信息, 并与短信网址分析单元连接,向短信网址分析单元提供短信网址注册 信息;
所述短信网址分析单元根据所述接收的信息和短信网址数据库 提供的短信网址注册信息确定对应的短信网址和应用服务器地址。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信网址 装置中进一步包括: 语言分析单元, 用于接收来自短信网址分析单元 的短信内容, 对接收的短信内容进行分析确定对应的中心词汇, 并将 所确定的中心词汇发送给短信网址分析单元;
所述短信网址分析单元接收来自短信中心的信息,将该信息中的 短信内容发送给语言分析单元, 并接收来自语言分析单元的中心词 汇, 居该中心词汇确定对应的短信网址, 或短信网址和服务选项。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统中进 一步包括: 语言分析服务器;
所述短信网址分析单元接收来自短信中心的短信,将该短信中的 短信内容发送给语言分析服务器,并根据来自语言分析服务器的中心 词汇确定对应的短信网址 , 或短信网址和月良务选项;
语言分析服务器接收来自短信网址分析单元的短信内容,根据短 信内容确定对应的中心词汇,并将所确定的中心词汇发送给短信网址 分析单元;
和 /或: 所述应用服务器接收来自短信网址装置的短信网址访问 请求消息,向语言分析服务器发送包括分析目的和短信内容的语言分 析任务消息, 并接收来自语言分析服务器的短信网址, 或短信网址和 服务选项信息;
语言分析服务器根据来自应用服务器的语言分析任务消息中的 分析目的对短信内容进行语言分析, 确定短信网址, 或短信网址和服 务选项信息, 并将所确定的信息发送给应用服务器。
14、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 应用服务器中包括: 语言分析单元, 消息收发单元和业务处理单元; 其中, 消息收发单元接收短信网址访问请求消息, 将其中的短信 内容发送给语言分析单元进行分析;
语言分析单元对短信内容进行分析, 并将分析结果发送给业务处 理单元;
业务处理单元接收来自语言分析单元的分析结果,确定对应的业 务处理逻辑并进行业务处理。
15、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统进一步包括: 多媒体消息中心, 用于接收来自应用服务器的包括 的处理结果信息,并将接收的处理结果信息通过多媒体消息发送给终 端;
所述应用服务器进一步在业务处理后生成包括多媒体消息形式 的处理结果信息, 并将该处理结果信息发送给多媒体消息中心。
16、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统进一步包括: WAP网关,用于接收来自应用服务器的 WAP PUSH 短信, 并将接收的 WAP PUSH短信发送给终端;
所述应用服务器进一步在业务处理后生成 WAP网页格式的信息 时, 根据该信息对应的统一资源定位符信息生成 WAP PUSH短信形 式的处理结果信息, 并将该处理结果信息发送给 WAP网关。
17、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统中进一步包括: 多媒体消息中心、 WAP网关和设备管理服务器; 所述应用服务器与设备管理服务器交互获得终端能力信息,根据 终端能力信息生成短信形式, 或多媒体消息形式, 或 WAP PUSH短 信形式的处理结果信息, 并对应地通过短信中心、 多媒体消息中心或 WAP网关将处理结果信息发送给终端。
18、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端 中预先设置短信增值业务通用号码 , 并在终端控制面板或操作系统的菜 单中增加短信网址菜单选项;
终端在用户选择短信网址菜单选项时, 调用短信编辑器显示给用 户, 将用户编辑完成的短信的接收方号码设置为终端中预先设置的短信 增值业务通用号码, 并将该短信发送给短信中心。
19、 根据权利要求 4至 6中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短信 网址装置中包括: 记录分析单元, 用于根据来自短信中心或应用服务器 的信息生成并保存访问记录信息, 以及根据访问记录信息进行统计分 析。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的系统, 其特征在于, 短信网址装置中进 一步包括: 短信网址业务管理接口, 并且短信网址装置中运行 www服务 进程;
所述短信网址业务管理接口接收来自运营商或短信网址的注册者 的查询短信网址访问记录请求, 将该请求发送给记录分析单元, 并接收 来自访问记录单元的信息 , 发送给对应的运营商或短信网址的注册者; 所述记录分析单元进一步接收来自短信网址业务管理接口的查询 短信网址访问记录请求,根据该请求将短信网址的访问记录信息以 WEB 页面的形式发送给短信网址业务管理接口。
21、 一种实现短信增值业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 终端向短信中心发送接收方号码为短信增值业务通用号码的短信; 短信中心接收到所述短信, 识别出其接收方号码为短信增值业务通 用号码后, 根据短信中的信息确定对应的短信网址, 并根据该短信网址 确定对应的应用服务器地址, 然后将所接收的短信和确定的信息, 通过 短信网址访问请求消息发送给对应的应用服务器;
应用服务器接收到所述短信网址访问请求消息后, 根据该消息中的 短信网址确定对应的业务处理逻辑, 并根据确定的业务处理逻辑进行业 务处理。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据短信中的 信息确定对应的短信网址, 并根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地 址, 然后将所接收的短信和确定的信息, 通过短信网址访问请求消息发 送给对应的应用服务器包括: 短信中心将该短信发送给短信中心中设置的, 或独立的短信网址装 置;
短信网址装置接收到所述短信后, 根据短信中的信息确定对应的短 信网址, 并根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址, 然后将所接收 的短信和确定的信息, 通过短信网址访问请求消息发送给对应的应用服 务器。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述短信网址装置 才艮据短信中的信息确定对应的短信网址后, 还 >据短信中的信息确定对 应的服务选项;
则所述应用服务器根据该消息中的短信网址确定对应的业务处理 逻辑后, 还根据接收的服务选项确定对应的业务处理逻辑的子处理逻 辑。
24、 根据权利要求 22或 23所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据短信 中的信息确定对应的短信网址之前进一步包括:
短信网址装置根据短信息中的终端信息判断是否已经为该终端建 立了对应的会话, 如果没有,
则为该终端在内存中新建包括会话标识和终端信息的会话后, 执行 所述的根据短信中的信息确定对应的短信网址, 并才艮据该短信网址确定 对应的应用服务器地址的步骤, 或进一步执行所述的确定服务选项的步 骤, 再将所确定的短信网址和应用服务器地址, 或进一步包括所确定的 服务选项, 增加到为所述终端新建的会话中, 然后执行所述的将所接收 的短信和确定的信息通过短信网址访问请求发送给对应的应用服务器 的步骤;
否则,
短信网址装置判断所接收的短信中, 短信内容或第一个空格之前的 内容是否与会话中保存的短信网址相同, 如果是, 短信网址装置将会话 中的短信网址确定为短信网址访问请求消息中的短信网址, 或进一步在 根据短信内容中第一个空格后的内容确定对应的服务选项, 将该服务选 项增加到会话中后, 执行所述的将所接收的短信和确定的信息通过短信 网址访问请求消息发送给对应的应用服务器的步骤; 否则, 短信网址装 置根据第一个空格之前的内容确定对应的短信网址和应用服务器地址, 或进一步根据空格后的内容确定对应的服务选项, 用确定出的短信网址 和应用服务器地址, 或进一步包括服务选项替换原有会话中的相应信 息, 然后执行所述的将所接收的短信和确定的信息通过短信网址访问请 求消息发送给对应的应用服务器的步骤。
25、根据权利要求 24所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述会话中还包括: 最终访问时间;
所述将所接收的短信和确定的信息发送给对应的应用服务器之前 进一步包括: 更新最终访问时间;
所述将所接收的短信和确定的信息发送给对应的应用服务器之后 进一步包括: 短信网址装置判断当前时间距离会话的最终访问时间是否 超过了预先设定的会话生存时间, 如果是, 则删除该会话。
26、 根据权利要求 22或 23所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务 器接收到来自短信网址装置的短信网址访问请求消息后, 进一步包括: 应用服务器根据该消息中的终端信息判断是否已经为该终端建立 了会话, 如果没有,
则应用服务器根据接收的短信网址访问请求消息中的信息为该终 端在内存中新建包括会话标识、 终端信息、 短信网址和服务选项信息的 会话; 然后执行所述确定业务处理逻辑的步骤;
否则, 应用服务器判断接收的短信网址是否与已经为该终端建立的会话 中的短信网址信息一致, 如果是, 则将接收的服务选项, 或在根据短信 内容确定服务选项后, 将所接收的或所确定的服务选项作为当前会话中 服务选项的子服务选项添加到会话里的服务选项信息中, 然后执行所述 的确定业务处理逻辑的步骤; 否则, 应用服务器将该会话中的短信网址 和服务选项更新为该后接收的信息中包括的短信网址和服务选项, 然后 执行所述的确定业务处理逻辑的步骤。
27、根据权利要求 26所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述会话中还包括: 最终访问时间;
所述确定业务处理逻辑之前进一步包括: 更新最终访问时间; 所述确定业务处理逻辑之后进一步包括: 应用服务器判断当前时间 是, 则删除该会话。
28、 根据权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 短信网址装置中预 先设置终端对短信网址的访问记录;
所述短信网址装置接收到所述短信后, 进一步包括:
短信网址装置判断该短信中的短信内容中是否包括短信网址相关 信息, 如果是, 执行所述的根据短信中的信息确定对应的短信网址, 并 根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址的步骤; 否则, 短信网址装 置从预先设置的终端对短信网址的访问记录中获取该终端最近一次访 问的短信网址, 然后根据该短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址, 并将 获取的短信网址和所接收的短信发送给对应的应用服务器。
29、 根据权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据短信中的 信息确定对应的短信网址后, 如果所确定的短信网址为多个, 则进一步 包括: 短信网址装置将所确定的多个短信网址通过短信中心发送给终端, 并在接收到终端通过短信中心返回的包括确定的短信网址的信息后, 根 据该确定的短信网址确定对应的应用服务器地址。
30、 根据权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据确定的业 务处理逻辑进行业务处理后进一步包括:
应用服务器生成向终端返回的处理结果信息, 并将该处理结果信息 发送给终端。
31、 根据权利要求 30所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的处理结果信 息为: 短信、 多媒体消息或 WAP PUSH短信。
