本发明的支腿由四节支管构成, 如图 9所示, 支管 18通过支管座 14、 定位套 15连接在主体 13上, 在支管 18上套有保护胶套 24。 支管 18、 19、 和 20的管内分别设有锥形螺母 31、 28和 33,固定在支管接头上的螺杆 36、 17、 35底部均设有锥面, 支管接头的锥形螺杆与支管内锥形螺母相对应旋 转配合连接。支管连接时, 支管 18项部套接于支管座 14内, 支管 19、 20、 21通过支管接头上的螺杆 36、 17、 35和支管衬套 25、 32、 34依次套接在 支管 18内。 支腿最内端支管 21通过定位圈 29、 衬套 34套接入支管 20内, 而支管 20再依次套入支管 19、 18内。 支管 18、 19和 20的尾端分别用管 套螺母 23、 26B、 29B来连接锁紧。 螺母 23、 26B和 29B上分别套上管胶 套 24、 27和 30。 在支管 21的尾端装有脚套 37, 以保证脚架按地时保持平 稳。 由于支管接头和支管内锥形螺杆、 螺母的相互旋转配合, 在支管 18、 19、 20和 21的伸缩连接中, 可限制支管的旋转, 当拧紧可拧松任意节支管 套螺母时, 各节支管不会跟着打转。
如图 9、 10所示, 当支管 19相对于支管 18顺时针旋转时, 紧固于支 管 19上的螺杆 36同歩旋转, 螺母 31通过胶圈 38于支管 18的摩擦力, 产 生与支管 18相对不动的趋向, 从而相对支管 19转动, 在螺紋的作用下, 螺母 31与螺杆 36产生相向运动, 两者的圆锥面又将衬套 25向外逼而膨胀 逼紧支管 19的内壁, 从而实现锁紧。 在锁紧状态下, 当两支管反向旋转, 则螺杆 36也相对螺母 31反向旋转,两者背向运动,锥面不再压逼衬套 25, 衬套回复自然状态, 两支管处于松配状态则打开。 假如多节管接合部分处 于松配状态, 此时最大管和最小管相对顺时针连续旋转, 则各接头其中之 一会先完成前述的锁紧动作, 然后继续传递下去直到全部锁紧。
本发明三脚架中轴顶部设有带刻度尺 03的转盘 02,如图 3和图 4所示。 接头螺丝 05装在转盘座 09中, 用盖板 11盖住, 通过螺丝 05连接相机, 转 盘通定位圈 04固定在转盘座 09上, 在转盘 02之上设有转盘垫 01, 在转盘 02的侧边装有手柄 07, 手柄通过紧固螺丝 08、 锁紧块 06固定在转盘上, 通过手柄控制转盘旋转的角度。 在中轴内升降杆 12B的顶部设有升降杆塞 10, 其上接有转盘座 9。 在升降杆内设有升降杆导键 48, 升降杆可沿导键 作升降运动, 以此来调节脚架的高度。 锁紧螺母 47套于主体 13之上, 用 于锁紧脚架; 通过升降杆螺母 57、 内升降杆锁紧套 56和外升降杆锁紧套 50、 锁紧螺母 49, 分别锁紧内、 外升降杆。
本发明的升降杆 12B的下端装有吊钩 55, 如图 8所示。 胶套 51固定 套在吊环 52上,升降杆塞 54夹紧吊环 52,并被螺钉固定在升降杆 12B上。 吊钩 55直杆部分垂直穿过吊环 52和胶套 51, 其端部设有螺母, 吊钩弯钩 部分伸出升降杆外。在吊环 52底放有 "0"形圈 53。 吊钩 55借助胶套的夹 紧力可在杆内上下移动。 不用时, 可将吊钩向上顶, 塞进升降杆内; 使用 时, 将吊钩拉出, 在吊钩上挂上相机袋等物件, 使其增加重量, 使脚架重 心降低, 更稳定安全。
本发明三脚架的金属支管 58表面包裹上碳素纤维布 59,成为碳素纤维 布加强的金属管。 既增加了支管的强度, 又可防止在寒冷天气下徒手操作 支管时发生金属支管粘住皮肤的现象。 同样, 中轴管也可用碳素纤维布包

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种相机三脚架, 包拮三脚架主体、 支管、 支管座、 中轴、 转盘、 升降杆、 吊钩, 支管连接在支管座上并与三脚架主体相连, 升降杆垂直从 中部穿过三脚架主体, 升降螺母套在主体的上部, 其特征是支管通过支管 座与三脚架主体间的连接设置调节支腿张开角度的开合机构; 支管之间的 连接及锁紧设置旋转内胀式锁紧机构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是所述的调节支腿 张开角度的开合机构包括主体(13)、 棘爪(44)、 棘爪轴(43)、 棘爪限位 套(45)、 棘爪限位弹簧(46)、 手柄(16)、 摆臂 (40)、 手柄轴(41 )、 支 管座 (17); 棘爪(44)套在棘爪轴 (43 )上, 在棘爪轴一端设有棘爪限位 套(45), 棘爪轴 (43)水平穿过主体(13) 的边臂与摆臂 (40)平行, 摆 臂 (40)位于手柄轴 (41 ) 的一端并与手柄 (16)连接, 在手柄轴 (41 ) 另一端套有手柄轴限位套(42), 在支管座(14)上设有与棘爪相啮合的棘 齿。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是所述的旋转内胀 式锁紧机构中, 紧固连接在相邻两支管中较小支管上的螺杆(36) 穿过螺 母 (3.1 ), 衬套 (25)装于两者之间并紧贴较大支管的内壁, 在螺杆 (36) 上设有锥面, 其顶部设有定位销, 在螺母 (31 ) 上设有锥面、 外面装有胶 圈、 顶部设有定位凸出部, 通过锥形螺杆(36)和锥形螺母 (31 ) 的旋转 配合, 从而锁紧或松开支管。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种相机三脚架,其特征是所述支管间连接的 旋转内胀式锁紧机构中支管(18)通过支管座(14)、 定位套(15)连接在 主体(13)上,在支管(18)、 ( 19)、和 (20)的管内分别设有锥面螺母(31 )、 (28)、 (33 ),在支管(19)、 (20)、(21 )头部分别设有锥面螺杆(36)、(17)、 (35 ), 支管接头的锥面螺杆与支管内锥面螺母相对应旋转配合连接。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种相机三脚架,其特征是三脚架中轴顶部设 置带有刻度尺(03) 的调节转盘(02), 转盘通过定位圈 (04) 固定在转盘 座(09)上, 在三脚架中轴升降杆(12B)的下端部设有可上下移动的拉开 式吊钩(55)。
6、 根据权利要求 1和 5所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是吊钩(55)的 直朴垂直穿过吊环 (52)、 胶套(51 )和升降杆塞(54) 并挂在吊环(52) 上, 胶套 (51 ) 固定在吊环 (52) 上, 升降杆塞 (54)夹紧吊环 (52) 并 被固定在升降杆 (12B)上, 吊钩 (55)弯钩向下并可在杆内上下移动。
7、 根据权利要求 1和 5所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是三脚架中轴 为两节或两节以上伸缩式结构。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是所述的支管内截 面呈圆形或三边以上的多边形。
9、 根据权利要求 1和 8所述的一种相机三脚架, 其特征是金属支管和 中轴管的外表面裹上碳纤维布, 成为碳纤维布加强的金属管。
