其中， 所述第三方平台不是回铃音平台， 而是其他任何支持回铃音赠送 接口， 且进一步具有扣费功能的平台， 例如 SP网站、 运营商的管理系统（如 97 系统）等。 所述第三方平台与回铃音平台有业务关联， 在所述第三方平台 上也能够浏览回铃音信息， 设置个性化回铃音用户数据， 所述第三方平台通 常依附于回铃音平台而存在， 需要调用回铃音平台提供的各种接口才能完成 操作。
步骤 S102中， 所述第三方平台将回铃音赠送请求通过预先定义的回铃音 赠送接口发送到回铃音平台， 所述回铃音赠送请求中带有回铃音赠送方、 被 赠送方、 赠送的回铃音编码等参数信息。
步骤 S103中， 回铃音平台通过回铃音赠送接口接收来自第三方平台的所 述回铃音赠送请求， 并启动铃音赠送单元进行回铃音赠送操作处理。
其中， 所述铃音赠送单元的回铃音赠送操作处理主要包括： 根据回铃音 编码判断所述回铃音是否存在， 判断被赠送方是否为个性化回铃音用户， 判 断被赠送方的个性铃音库是否能够接收新的回铃音等。 如果满足至少一个上 述条件， 则将赠送方选择的回铃音下载到被赠送方的个性铃音库中。
上述方法已实现回铃音赠送操作， 为了进一步实现对赠送方进行扣费、 通知被赠送方设置个性回铃音， 所述回铃音平台可以将赠送结果信息（成功 或失败）返回给第三方平台。
步骤 S104中， 第三方平台收到所述赠送结果信息， 判断如果赠送成功， 则对赠送方进行赠送铃音扣费。 然后， 步據 S105中， 第三方平台将扣费结果 返回给回铃音平台。
如果第三方平台收到的赠送结果信息为赠送失败， 则步據 S104'中， 第三 方平台提示赠送方赠送操作失败， 并说明具体原因。
步骤 S106中， 回铃音平台收到来自第三方平台的扣费结果信息后， 判断 如果扣费成功， 则通知被赠送方收到赠送的回铃音， 并询问被赠送方是否将 所述赠送的回铃音设置为默认回铃音。
如果扣费失败， 则在步骤 S106'中， 回铃音平台将之前步骤 S103中下载 到被赠送方个性铃音库中的回铃音删除， 并在步骤 S107，中， 返回因扣费失败 而导致赠送失败的信息给第三方平台。 然后， 步驟 S108，中， 第三方平台通知 赠送方此次回铃音赠送操作失败。
步骤 S107中， 被赠送方收到回铃音平台的赠送铃音通知后， 选择是否将 所述赠送的回铃音设置为默认回铃音， 并返回响应。
步驟 S108中， 回铃音平台收到被赠送方的响应消息， 如果被赠送方选择 将所述回铃音设置为默认回铃音， 则回铃音平台将所述回铃音设置为被赠送 方的默认回铃音。
步骤 S109中， 回铃音平台返回赠送成功消息给第三方平台。
步骤 S110中， 第三方平台在收到回铃音平台返回的赠送成功消息后， 通 知赠送方此次回铃音赠送成功。
图 2a和图 2b所示分别是本发明回铃音赠送方法的第二实施例的示意图 和信令流程图。
图 2a和图 2b所示的实施例中， 赠送方为个性化回铃音用户， 赠送发起 端为回铃音平台（即第一回铃音平台），被赠送方是属于另一个回铃音平台（即 第二回铃音平台） 的个性化回铃音用户。 在所述模式下， 要求赠送方是个性 化回铃音用户， 且所述第一回铃音平台在实现回铃音赠送操作处理功能的基 础上， 能够进一步实现对赠送方的回铃音赠送进行扣费的功能。 具体的流程 如图 23b所示：
步驟 S201中，赠送方在第一回铃音平台（如通过所述回铃音平台的 WEB 网站、 IVR或 SM等方式）选取回铃音， 并指定被赠送方， 发起回铃音赠送。
步骤 S202中， 所述第一回铃音平台将回铃音赠送请求通过预先定义的回 铃音赠送接口发送到被赠送方所属的第二回铃音平台， 所述回铃音赠送请求 中带有回铃音赠送方、 被赠送方、 赠送回铃音编码等参数信息。
步骤 S203中， 第二回铃音平台通过回铃音赠送接口接收回铃音赠送请求 后， 启动铃音赠送模块进行回铃音赠送操作处理。
其中， 所述铃音赠送模块的回铃音赠送操作处理主要包括： 根据回铃音 编码判断所述回铃音是否存在， 判断被赠送方是否为个性化回铃音用户， 判 断被赠送方的个性铃音库是否能够接收新的回铃音等。 如果满足至少一个上 述条件， 则第二回铃音平台将赠送方选择的回铃音下载到被赠送方的个性铃 音库中。
上述方法已实现回铃音赠送操作， 为了进一步实现对赠送方进行扣费、 通知被赠送方设置个性回铃音，所述第二回铃音平台可以将赠送结果信息（成 功或失败）返回给第一回铃音平台。
步骤 S204中， 第一回铃音平台收到赠送结果信息， 判断如果赠送成功， 则对赠送方进行赠送铃音扣费。
如果赠送失败， 则在步骤 S204'中， 第一回铃音平台提示赠送方赠送操作 失败， 并说明具体原因。
步骤 S205中， 第一回铃音平台在扣费结束后， 通过预先定义的接口将扣 费结果信息发送到第二回铃音平台。
并且， 在步骤 S205'中， 如果扣费失败， 则第一回铃音平台通知赠送方此 次赠送操作因扣费失败而失败。
步骤 S206中，第二回铃音平台收到扣费结果信息后，判断如果扣费成功， 则¾知被赠送方收到赠送的回铃音， 并询问被赠送方是否将所述赠送的回铃 音设置为默认回铃音。
如果扣费失败， 则在步骤 S206'中， 第二回铃音平台将之前步骤 S203中 下载到被赠送方个性铃音库中的回铃音删除。
步骤 S207中， 被赠送方收到第二回铃音平台的赠送铃音通知后， 选择是 否将所述回铃音设置为默认回铃音， 并返回响应。
步骤 S208中， 第二回铃音平台收到被赠送方返回的响应信息， 如果被赠 送方选择将所述回铃音设置为默认回铃音， 则第二回铃音平台将所述回铃音 设置为被赠送方的默认回铃音。
步骤 S209中， 第二回铃音平台返回赠送成功消息给第一回铃音平台。 步骤 S210中， 第一回铃音平台在收到第二回铃音平台返回的赠送成功消 息后， 通知赠送方此次回铃音赠送成功。
以上介绍的两种回铃音赠送模式中， 都是先处理赠送请求、 下载回铃音， 然后再进行扣费， 如果扣费不成功， 则将已下载的赠送回铃音删除。 但是， 本发明实施例并不仅限于此。 根据上述内容， 本领域的普通技术人员可知， 本发明实施例还可以采用先扣费再处理赠送请求、 下载回铃音， 下载失败再 将已扣除的费用退回的技术方案。
本发明实施例的回铃音赠送方法中， 赠送方可以从任何支持回铃音赠送 接口的平台中选取一首或多首回铃音赠送给被赠送方。 此外， 根据回铃音平 台业务的支持情况， 赠送方还可以选择一个或多个铃音包或铃音盒赠送给被 赠送方， 对应的赠送流程与扣费与上述图 lb和图 2b类似。 所述任何支持回 铃音赠送接口的平台将赠送方选择的铃音包或铃音盒编码提供给被赠送方所 在的回铃音平台后， 被赠送方回铃音平台将所述铃音包或铃音盒编码对应的 铃音包或铃音盒下载至被赠送方的个性铃音库中， 若扣费不成功， 则将相应 地铃音包或铃音盒删除。
本发明实施例的回铃音赠送方法中， 赠送方可以通过所述任何支持回铃 音赠送接口的平台同时指定一个或多个被赠送方， 所述任何支持回铃音赠送 接口的平台逐一向每个被赠送方所在的回铃音平台发起赠送请求 , 其中针对 每个被赠送方的处理流程与上述图 lb和图 2b类似。
以上具体描述了本发明实施例提供的回铃音方法流程， 以下将具体描述 实现所述方法的回铃音系统的组成及工作原理。
图 3 所示是本发明实施例提供的回铃音赠送方法所涉及的回铃音赠送系 统的结构示意图， 整个回铃音赠送系统主要由以下两个部分组成： 回铃音平 台 301、 回铃音赠送方所在的第三方平台 302, 其中：
所述第三方平台用于： 提供回铃音信息， 以及， 根据赠送方的选择， 通 过回铃音赠送接口向所述回铃音平台发送回铃音赠送请求；
所述回铃音平台用于： 根据接收到的回铃音赠送请求中的信息， 进行回 铃音赠送操作。
值得注意的是， 所述第三方平台可以是其他任何支持回铃音赠送接口， 且进一步具有扣费功能的平台， 比如， 运营支撑网络中的运营商的管理系统 (如 97系统）等， 也可以是非所述回铃音平台的其他回铃音平台。 所述回铃 音平台不但可以完成回铃音赠送操作， 还可以完成回铃音的管理、 回铃音播 放等功能。
所述系统实现了本发明方法实施例中处理赠送、 下载回铃音的功能， 但 所述回铃音系统在工程实现时还可以包括： 交换网络 303， 所述交换网絡用于 完成低层网络交换以及将个性化回铃音用户接入到回铃音平台。
所述系统在完成回铃音赠送操作后， 为了进一步实现扣费功能， 在进行 回铃音赠送操作之后， 所述回铃音平台进一步用于：
向所述第三方平台返回赠送结果信息， 以及， 如果根据第三方平台返回 的扣费结果判断得到扣费失败， 则将通过回铃音赠送操作下载至被赠送方的 个性铃音库中的回铃音删除；
在收到回铃音平台发送来的赠送结果信息后， 所述第三方平台进一步用 于：
根据回铃音平台发送来的赠送结果信息判断得到赠送成功后， 对赠送方 进行赠送铃音扣费， 且将扣费结果通知所述回铃音平台。
在本发明其他实施例中， 所述扣费功能亦可在进行回铃音操作之前由第 三方平台进行， 因此， 在进行回铃音赠送操作之前， 所述第三方平台进一步 用于：
对赠送方进行赠送铃音扣费；
在进行回铃音赠送操作之后， 所述回铃音平台进一步用于：
向所述第三方平台返回赠送结果信息；
在收到回铃音平台发送来的赠送结果信息后， 所述第三方平台进一步用 于：
根据所述回铃音平台返回的赠送结果信息判断得到赠送失败， 则将已扣 除赠送方的赠送铃音费用退回。
本发明实施例还提供了一种赠送方所属平台， 如图 4所示， 所述平台为 回铃音赠送方所在的第三方平台， 包括： 回铃音信息获取单元 3021 , 赠送请 求生成单元 3022, 回铃音赠送接口 3023;
回铃音信息获取单元： 用于从回铃音平台获取相关回铃音信息并提供给 赠送方；
赠送请求生成单元： 用于根据赠送方的赠送指令， 生成相应的赠送请求； 回铃音赠送接口： 用于将指示回铃音平台进行回铃音赠送操作的赠送请 求发送至回铃音平台。
上述平台已实现了本发明方法实施例中处理赠送请求的功能， 为了进一 步实现将所述扣费功能从回铃音平台中独立出来， 在第三方平台对赠送方进 行扣费， 所述平台进一步包括计费单元 3024, 并且， 所述计费单元可以在回 铃音平台进行回铃音赠送操作之后， 对赠送方进行扣费， 亦可在回铃音平台 进行回铃音赠送操作之前， 对赠送方进行扣费；
如果所述计费单元在回铃音平台进行回铃音赠送操作之后， 对赠送方进 行扣费， 那么所述计费单元， 用于：
根据回铃音平台发送来的赠送结果信息判断得到赠送成功后， 对赠送方 进行赠送铃音扣费， 且将扣费结果通知所述回铃音平台， 以指示回铃音平台 在扣费失败时将通过回铃音赠送操作下载至被赠送方的个性铃音库中的回铃 音删除。
如果所述计费单元在回铃音平台进行回铃音赠送操作之前， 对赠送方进 —— ——
行扣费， 那么所述计费单元， 用于：
在进行回铃音赠送操作之前对赠送方进行赠送铃音扣费， 以及， 如果根 据所述回铃音平台返回的赠送结果判断得到赠送失败， 则将已扣除赠送方的 赠送铃音费用退回。
本发明实施例还提供了一种回铃音平台， 如图 5 所示， 所述平台包括： 回铃音赠送接口 3011、 赠送请求接收单元 3012以及铃音赠送单元 3013; 其中， 所述赠送请求接收单元： 用于通过铃音赠送接口接收来自第三方 平台的回铃音赠送请求；
所述铃音赠送单元： 用于根据所述赠送请求中的信息， 进行回铃音赠送 操作。
上述平台已实现回铃音赠送功能， 为了确保第三方平台准确地对赠送方 进行扣费， 所述平台进一步包括： 赠送结果反馈单元 3014;
所述赠送结果反馈单元， 用于：
在进行回铃音赠送操作之后， 向所述第三方平台返回赠送结果信息。 为了避免在赠送方扣费失败情况下， 所述平台仍发送铃音赠送通知给被 增送方， 所述平台进一步包括： 铃音删除单元 3015;
所述铃音删除单元， 用于：
根据第三方平台返回的扣费结果判断得到扣费失败， 则将通过回铃音赠 送操作下载至被赠送方的个性铃音库中的回铃音删除。
前述的回铃音平台定义的回铃音赠送接口可以采用如下形式：

1、 一种赠送回铃音的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法包括：
回铃音平台收到赠送方所在的第三方平台发送来的回铃音赠送请求； 所述回铃音平台根据回铃音赠送请求中的信息， 进行回铃音赠送操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 在进行回铃音赠送操作之 后， 所述方法进一步包括：
所述回铃音平台向所述第三方平台返回赠送结果信息；
所述第三方平台才艮据赠送结果信息判断得到赠送成功后， 对赠送方进行 扣费。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法， 其特征在于， 还包括：
所述第三方平台将扣费结果通知所述回铃音平台， 所述回铃音平台根据 接收到的扣费结果获知扣费失败， 则将通过所述回铃音赠送操作下载至被赠 送方的个性铃音库中的回铃音删除。

7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述回铃音平台根据回铃 音赠送请求中的信息进行回铃音赠送操作的具体实现为：
所述回铃音平台根据回铃音赠送请求中的信息， 判断是否满足设定的回 铃音赠送条件， 如果是， 则将回铃音下载至被赠送方的个性铃音库中。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述根据回铃音赠送请求 中的信息判断是否满足设定的条件的具体实现为： 根据回铃音赠送请求中携带的回铃音编码， 判断请求赠送的回铃音是否 存在；
和 /或， 根据回铃音赠送请求中携带的被赠送方信息， 判断被赠送方是否 为个性化回铃音用户；
和 /或， 根据回铃音赠送请求中携带的被赠送方信息， 判断被赠送方的个 性铃音库是否能够接收新的回铃音。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 在进行回铃音赠送操作之 后， 所述方法进一步包括：
被赠送方将通过所述操作下载至其个性铃音库的回铃音设置为默认回铃 音， 并将选择结果返回给所述回铃音平台；
所述回铃音平台根据收到的选择结果， 将所述回铃音设置为所述被赠送 方的默认回铃音。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述回铃音包括一首或 多首回铃音、 一个或多个铃音包或铃音盒。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述被赠送方为一个或 多个个性化回铃音用户。
12、 一种实现赠送回铃音的系统， 其特征在于， 所述系统包括： 回钤音 平台、 回铃音赠送方所在的第三方平台， 其中：
所述第三方平台用于： 提供回铃音信息， 以及， 向所述回铃音平台发送 回铃音赠送请求；
所述回铃音平台用于： 根据接收到的回铃音赠送请求中的信息， 进行回 铃音赠送操作。

18、 一种赠送方所属平台， 其特征在于， 所述平台为回铃音赠送方所在 的第三方平台， 所述平台包括：
回铃音信息获取单元： 用于从回铃音平台获取相关回铃音信息并提供给 赠送方；
赠送请求生成单元： 用于根据赠送方的赠送指令， 生成相应的赠送请求； 回铃音赠送接口： 用于将指示回铃音平台进行回铃音赠送操作的赠送请 求发送至回铃音平台。
