A carton (3) and blank (1) for forming the carton (3) having a dispenser (7) for dispensing cylindrical containers (c) or other types of articles. The dispenser (7) has a removable dispenser panel (127) that is accessed from an access panel (165,167) foldably attached to the carton (3).
