Abstract
A system for the performance of a minimally-invasive operation of a coronary bypass including a medical device comprising a balloon catheter having an inflatable, expandable balloon (300) centrally arranged at a distal end thereof; a length of a blood tight tubular structure (310) arranged coaxial Iy around said balloon (300) along a defined length at said distal end thereof; at least one expandable fixation unit (320,321) arranged coaxially between said tubular structure (310) and said balloon (300); and at least one restriction unit (326) arranged coaxially around said tubular structure (310).
